Its central position allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, the market which is just below, the promenade along the sea, the bus stops from Perpignan, the entertainment. the studio is equipped with the kitchen kit with two electric hot plates, a coffee maker, a water heater for infusions from an electric oven and a microwave, a television, an iron and ironing board. sofa. There is a bathroom with a toilet. This studio is ideal for a couple with or without children.
