This rare, high floor, most sought after and in a spectacular location with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. As soon as you walk through the doors, you'll be immediately struck with the breath-taking views!

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Great location & amazing views!

My husband and I along with our two daughters, 7 & 4 had an amazing stay! While we did not stay in the original room booked, Marina Hawaii Vacations did an amazing job communicating the new room details and making us comfortable! We had an amazing view of the ocean and lagoon and both were a 5 min walk away. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great ocean view!!

Condo was nice and the view was awesome!! Great location. Perfect for couples My only suggestion is it definitely needs a bigger more comfortable bed. It was way to small as Its only a full size bed . We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great trip

Only one thin blanket in the whole place. With the bed and hide a bed couch. Had to layer sheets for couch sleepers who like to sleep cold. Other than that, great place to stay

Amazing view!

A little outdated. Definitely needs a new mattress. But me and my husband always go to Hawaii to be outside so we barely spent any time in the unit. The view was amazing. The building was awesome, and the valet parking was a must. Right next to the best restaurant in Alamoana. Close to all activities. Peair was looking for somewhere to just rest your head. This is the place.

Perfect getaway

Older property but nicely maintained. The pool was a little on the warm side for what us Canadians are used to, but good enough to cool off in when you’re suntanning. Plus the beach and the lagoon are walking distance and the water there is perfect temperature. Lovely and quick communication from all the staff, felt well looked after and any questions were answered right away. Can’t beat that view every morning as well. Would definitely come back :)

Great Ocean views position

Overall we loved staying here, location was perfect, views were awesome. Did have some shortcomings, the baskets in the wardrobe were all falling out and unusable for our clothes storage, and shower was pointing at the wall instead of at you. Small things but they make a difference to your overall stay.

Very a curate. Needs some freshing up and a deep clean. I would rate it a five if the owner would put just a little bit into the tired furniture and a good deep clean. The view with the big wall to wall sliders opeing up to the balcony was awesome. Spectacular view!

Very Convenient. Affordable because property has not had an expensive remodel.

I’ve lived in Hawaii and have visited many times since my first visit in 1974. We are considering a move back also! This condo does need some attention but the price is right for its condition. Having been in construction and now retired I would be happy to tell you some of the things I noticed that may need to be replaced. Constructive feedback not disappointed or cruel. Aloha and Mahalo!

Tha hall bathroom was dirty ,baseboards were falling of everywhere, was alit if dust everywhere,a/c makes a lot of noise couldn’t sleep and I saw cacaroches bus the stuff,sink and on the but tub too it’s not worded what I pay for that place

Condominium 1918 at the Ilikai

Fabulous Apartment with stunning ocean views. Very well kitted out and it made it feel like a home away from home. A larger bed would be appreciated, with a more ornate cover and pillows.

Great Location. Underwhelming Room

The property itself is great. Great location. Easy access to everything. The room was in need of a lot of quality repairs (blinds,baseboards,catpet). Repairs that have been done were not done professionally. The outdoor seating was dirty and un-usable. The bed is small and the pull out bed is old and not comfortable. Would not rent this specific room again.

We are working on getting the blinds replaced as it is difficult to use & sometimes stubborn when opening and closing it.
