Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath millhouse on large corner lot. 1/2 mile from downtown St. Marys waterfront. Beautifully landscaped with deck and fire pit for those cool summer nights. Freshly painted with one king bed, one full bed, full size sofa sleeper and one futon. Also offers office space with a full size futon for extra guests. This house will accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit applied. Great for a weekend getaway or long term visits. You won't be disappointed.

This house ruled. Check in and out was easy and Robert was helpful and responsive. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our stay was very comfortable. The house was just perfect for my mom and 2 sisters. We were visiting family so it was convenient also. If I had 1 complaint o. Our lasy day before leaving the internet didn't work and we could not watch tv. That was minor so overall it was great!

Family Vacation

Quite neighborhood, location was ideal. My family took a vacation to St Mary’s to get a taste of the area as we plan to move down here, to the Folkston area.

Great home and great area

We stayed here so we could take the ferry to Cumberland island during the day. The property is very clean, comfy beds and has everything you need. Would recommend to anyone

Cute, clean and close to everything!

This was one of my favorite places I've stayed at! It was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe, and close to restaurants and stores. The owner was very kind and accommodating!

Nice house and very pet friendly. Located in a nice neighborhood. The house has been remodeled with everything you need. Highly recommend this house for your next stay in St. Marys.

Clean and quiet

Comfortable beds, good appliances, tastefully understated decor. Very quiet neighborhood. We stayed a month and did not feel it was too small or lacking anything for such a longer stay. We’ve stayed in 3 other properties in St Mary’s over the years and this seemed to be the best value. And free fresh oranges from the 2 yard trees!

Couldn’t have asked for better

We were in town for the birth of our first grandbaby. Having a clean house with a fully equipped kitchen to come home to every night made this stay perfect. The owner was very responsive to our requests. St. Marys got hit by the tropical storm, and the owner reached out to us to check on not only the house, but us as well. We are SUPER appreciative of the hospitality shown by this owner. We look to stay here again and again when we visit! Thank you!!

I’ll be back

We came down to St Mary’s because our son is stationed at King’s Bay and was returning from underway. Check in was easy to this very spacious comfortable home. Robert is an awesome host and we will surely be renting this and other properties from him and Scott in the future. Very close to just about everything and we really enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood and town of St. Mary’s

great stay!!!

2nd stay here and it was just as good as the first. Close to St Marys downtown/waterfront and also to I-95 for day trips. This didn't impact us, but some folks might find this important...there is no outside grill or tv's in the bedrooms. Contact w/ the Owner is always spot on and we would stay there again. Thanks!!!

St Mary's stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little house in St. Mary's, GA. We loved the exterior yard and especially the outside porch. We spent most of the mornings and evenings sitting outside relaxing. Thank you for stocking the fire pit for us even though we didn't get to use it. We also loved the apple turnovers! The house was walking distance from town and in a nice neighborhood so we felt very comfortable walking to town. The interior was decorated very nicely as well and stocked with most all things we needed. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Some disappointments

Overall, the experience was fine for the price. The house itself is cute, cozy and clean. Neighborhood seemed safe and very close to downtown St. Mary's waterfront and we very much enjoyed the 4th of July Festival that they had. Loved the jetted tub, the outside swing for morning coffee and the fire pit for s'mores, also the board games. First day of check-in I thought the A/C was out, it was reading 78 on the thermostat around 4pm, but was set to 74. So we were pretty hot after hauling all of our things in. As the sun would go down, the house would cool down some but we did have to borrow some fans from a friend who lives in town to help keep us cool because I think the A/C just couldn't keep up with the Georgia heat. It would start climbing around 73 inside about 11am and got up to 82 inside at one point. I let Mark know the same day we arrived, on the 3rd, he put a call in but never heard back, the next day was a Holiday and then the weekend so I guess they just were tied up. We just had to make sure we left the house during the peak hours of the day, and kept the fans running. We also couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, we tried with multiple devices. We spoke with the internet provider, they tried to troubleshoot from their end, with no luck. Luckily we all had cell phones except my 5 year old, and we just turned on our mobile hotspot so he could have some things to watch on his tablet when it was time to wind down for the night, but we never could get the TV to connect.

With the lack of communication and last minute scramble to find the property we would not recommend this property to anyone. The water heater isn't large enough for a single shower and the heat was not turned on... making our arrival very cold. When our travel plans had to change (weather and work) - this property wouldn't support and cost us much more. We tried repeatedly to reach out to the owner before leaving this review but to no avail. Dont say you weren't warned - beware of this property.

St Mary Hideout

This is a well maintain home. Space lay out fit our 4 perfect. Fully equipped with dishes and pots and pans. Would have loved a bottle of oil for cooking. Two bathrooms in a small home is wonderful. The neighborhood is awesome and quiet. Great location to all the activities the area offers.

Nice place poor management

This house is a nice place. But when I arrived I noticed the Air Conditioner not working properly it was 78 degrees inside the home. I messaged the host and got response that night. So I had to go and a fan from Walmart. So I reached out the next day to ask to them to please have someone to look at it please. And. The only response I got was that they were there the day before I arrived and it was working and then nothing for the rest of my stay. It would cool it down to about 72 around 3 in the morning . So I wouldn’t recommend this place or anywhere this host has to offer.
