About the host
Hosted by Tina Hill

We fell in love with Saint Marys a few months ago, and will one day retire here. We travelled with the Army and my husband is a retiree. We enjoy the water - fishing, crabbing, and its beauty. We are avid gardeners and will work to create an oasis among the colorful camelias in the backyard - a work in progress! We come and enjoy our second home as often as we can, and we hope you fall in love with the beauty of Saint Marys - its waterways, walkability, shopping, eating, and gracious people.
Why they chose this property
We recently discovered Saint Marys and the beauty of its beauty - people and place. We have great neighbors, and we love the walkability of our location. A quick walk to shopping and to the waterfront! The sunrises to the left and the sunsets to the right....the bright stars in the midnight skies....no better place to take it all in.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built as a 'papermill house' when the papermill was key to this city. The tongue-and-groove structure is solid and the house has been carefully and lovingly kept. The old oaks with their flowing spanish moss keep with the southern charm.
