Located on the 2ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 15 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a bright living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.
Located just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it's in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat is perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.

🙁 Not a dislike as it was perfect for us, but this room is at the top of the building and there is no elevator. This is common in older French buildings though but should be planned for."

🙂 I liked the historic home. The hosts ere very welcoming and allowed me to check in early. They had a lot of information available in the studio apartment and offered other information that was very helpful. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, for its size. The location is excellent and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud.

🙁 Wohnung war enger als auf den Bildern abschätzbar. Nur eine sehr dünne Bettdecke vorhanden (im Schrank war noch eine aber ohne extra Überzug, weshalb wir diese nicht benutzt haben)."

🙂 The fully furnished apartment is in a beautiful, rustic, and historical tower. It is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Marie and her staff were very quick to respond to my initial request. Marie provided lots of valuable recommendations for restaurants, cafés and pastry shops, local events, and nearby towns. They have certainly done everything possible to make any guest welcome. I will definitely return. Toulouse is a beautiful city."

🙂 The location within the centre of Toulouse meant easy access to much sightseeing. Its historical background linked to the City of Toulouse made it a very special place to call home during our visit.
🙁 Nothing …we had the studio which is small but we were aware of its size prior to the visit. Heads up that it is on the top floor and does get warm. The owners provided to fans that helped make us feel comfortable."
