Located in Saint Mandrier village 200m from the port and all amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, Provencal market on Saturday mornings).
Residence closed by automatic gate with remote control, quick access to the beach directly from the residence by private access doors.
Apartment located on the 2nd floor, open view with private parking space.
No joint ownership on the upper floor (offset roof) and on one side (front of the apartment).
Very functional accommodation and very well equipped with very recent furniture.
