T2 to rent in a apartment building of good quality just in front of the beach of the Grand Vallat. Commune Parking with security code. Large garden with tables and benches. (5 minutes walk from the downtown of Bandol and its marina).
The main bedroom contains one double bed, kitchen corner and dining room with big window facing the garden. Shower room with bathtub and washbasin. Little bedroom contain 1 bunk bed and one little bed. The apartment is in the first floor.

un mois c' est trop court !

Séjour hyper agréable, residence très très calme où nous avons rencontré des personnes très sympathiques avec, comme nous, des petits chiens adorables. Pas de problème pour se garer. Du studio nous pouvions contempler la mer et cela, ça n' a pas de prix...

propreté décevante

nous avons été très déçu par la propreté de cet appartement. Nous avons du acheter un seau pour nettoyer le sol de l'appartement. Appartement qui demanderait à être renové. Dommage car il est très bien situé.

Bonjour, Vous m'avez signalé suite à votre arrivée un manque de ménage des sols. Ayant moi-même pris soin de passer l'aspirateur et la serpillère dans tout l'appartement une semaine avant votre arrivée j'ai été très surprise. Je vous ai remboursé évidemment le seau (une large cuvette était prévue à cet effet dans l'appartement.).J'avoue que je suis assez déçue moi-même par votre réaction alors que j'ai tenu compte de vos remarques et trouvé des solutions pour répondre à vos demandes nombreuses et récurrentes dès votre arrivée.

Très bon contact avec Mathilde! Petit appart sympa, hyper bien placé face à la mer avec petits restos de plage. Un petit peu de marche pour aller dans le centre (10-15min) mais le long de la plage, ballade agréable! Nous recommandons!! Et nous reviendrons!! Aurélie

Meiner Ehefrau mit mir hatten in dieser Wohnung zwei schöne Wochen .Die Besitzerin eine sehr nette Person. Das Apartment reicht aus für zwei Personen eventuell mit einem Kind. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Der Strand lag über der Avenue , etwa 25m entfernt . Wir würden gerne nochmals wiederkehren . Einhard N. P.

Vacances face à la plage

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour, l'appartement est vraiment bien situé, mer en face de la résidence.Résidence sécurisée avec place de parking, un concierge en cas de problème, l'appartement est bien équipé, nous recommandons cette location!

Satisfaits de notre séjour. Appartement situé dans une belle résidence avec jardin d'agrément clos et parking privé, face à la plage. Accès rapide au port et au centre ville par une promenade en bois longeant la mer. Nous conservons cette adresse.
