The villa includes housekeeping services twice a week (3 hours per session), a gardener for the beach (every day except Sunday), and the services of a house manager. It is also equipped with washing and drying machines, two refrigerators, a Nespresso machine, a juice extractor, and more. Additional housekeeping hours can be arranged at the tenant's expense.
