Single storey house for 8 people.

A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer with a laundry room (washing machine and dryer).

Three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a private bathroom:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - shower and sanitary
- one bedroom with two single beds - shower and sanitary
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - shower, bath and sanitary

A large living room: dining room, living room with sofa bed and armchairs. The room opens onto a 70m2 terrace with garden furniture and views of the bay of Saint Tropez.

Other equipment: piano, electric plancha, television, WiFi, basketball hoop, sheltered parking for two to three vehicles.

Linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towels.

Parties and evenings prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood.
