Chalet "Le Belbriette" near Gerardmer and La Bresse

Our chalet "Le Belbriette", located on the heights of Xonrupt-Longemer, will welcome you for a peaceful stay in a calm and green environment, a Hautes Vosges nature reserve.
You can explore the many hiking trails accessible from the chalet. In winter you can reach the Bresse ski area located just 15 minutes from the chalet and reach Gerardmer in 10 minutes to walk around the lake and take advantage of the events on offer throughout the year (daffodil festival, triathlon , July 14, Fantasticarts ...)
The chalet is equipped with wifi, a sauna, and everything you need to have a good time with the family.
At the edge of the forest, you may have the opportunity to see hinds in the garden and in autumn, at night you may have the chance to hear the roar of the deer!


On the garden level:
- the main room: a large table with 10 place settings, and a fireplace with a small stock of wood made available
- two bedrooms with wardrobes and 140 cm bed
- a shower room with wc
- an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, kettle, etc.)
- a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds

In the basement:
- a wooden sauna for 3 people
- a bedroom with 140 bed
- a room with a 90 cm bed and a sofa bed and a television
- a shower room with wc.

The chalet is equipped to receive young children: changing table, small bath, cot ...

Electricity is included. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, a flat rate of 100 euro will be required.

Gemütlichkeit auf den Höhen der Vogesen

Wir hatte eine schöne Woche im Chalet "Le Belbriette". Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine größere Familie oder Gruppe. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem, was man braucht... Bis auf die Gartenmöbel, die mit 3 Liegestühlen etwas spärlich sind. Es ist super gemütlich, wenn das rauhe Vogesenwetter zuschlägt... Die Lage auf über 900 m ist traumhaft. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Superbe chalet pour 2 familles

Configuration idéale pour 2 familles. Tout l'équipement et les jeux pour passer un agréable séjour. Emplacement top sans vis à vis au calme avec paysage magnifique et à proximité de toutes les commodités (excellente boulangerie, pizzeria, etc) les lacs et rando de la région très proche. Nous recommandons vivement !

Séjour en famille ressourçant et paisible

Nous avons louer le chalet une semaine pour passer des vacances en famille. tout le nécessaire sur place pour enfant et bébé sont tres appréciable. La situation géographique est tres calme et paisible. Avec une vue imprenable ! Pour trouver le chalet les explications précises de la propriétaire sont importantes merci à elle !

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij waren aangenaam verrast met onze vakantiewoning. Alles was aanwezig van donsdekens, dekens kussens, bestek, servies, ingerichte keuken, verzorgd sanitair, speelgoed voor de kinderen, dvd + extra tv op de kinderkamer, ligstoelen voor in de tuin, 2 parasols, enz. De communicatie met de eigenaars en de conciërges verloopt heel vlot. Elke ochtend opnieuw genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op het terras. Ook de ligging is zeer centraal maar toch erg rustig. Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Dit huren we zeker opnieuw!

Au coeur des hautes vosges

Beau chalet avec très belle vue bien situé proche de gerardmer et xonrupt longemer. Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines en été dans ce chalet spacieux et bien aménagé. Forêts de sapin et rivières de toute beauté, lacs et randonnées à proximité. Maxime et Natalia

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, Details beachten

Insgesamt gut, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Nur bei zimmeraufteilung gut aufpassen! Schlafzimmer Untergeschoss erfordert Durchgang durchs Kinderzimmer. Es gibt ein viertes Doppelbett plus Einzelbett in einer offenen Mansarde über dem Wohnzimmer. All dies hat je nach Nutzung Vor- und Nachteile. Für uns (drei paare plus 4 jugendlichenKinder) wäre ein drittes komplett abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer ohne Durchgang durchs kinderzimmer besser gewesen. Bei kleineren Kindern ist das vermutlich OK. Weiterer Nachteil: Sauna ist gut aber im Kinderzimmer und klein (max. 3 Erw.). Rat an Vermieter: Das Futonbett im Kinderzimmer ist zu hart - da können selbst Kinder nicht drauf schlafen. Gute Extras: Je nach Nutzung kann man alle Kinder im UG schlafen und laut sein lassen :). Ausstattung Küche, Spiele, Kamin plus Holz, Tischtennisplatte, Garage. ..Garten...nahe Wanderwege.
