The apartment is located within the Walls in a restricted traffic area near the Cathedral, right by an access path leading to the Walls and very close to everything.
It is on the first floor (from the street to the entrance there are only 3 steps to climb) of an ancient palace which thick stone walls keep the rooms cool on even the hottest days.
The windows look east and south on private gardens and to the west on the small square in front of Rosa’s Church, every window also enjoys a beautiful view towards the Walls.
The apartment has the exclusive use of its walled garden, a fantastic place to relax admiring the famous Walls, get a suntan, drink an aperitif or enjoy a barbecue meal.
The train station is just outside the Wall. If you are by car a free parking named " Macelli" is outside the Wall 10 minutes walk far from the apartment.

A Great Stay in Beautiful Lucca

We spent a month in Lucca and were very happy with this apartment. It is large and comfortable and one could not ask for a better location from which to explore the centro storico of Lucca. Daniela is a kind and gracious host who made us feel welcome. Lucca is a treasure. The apartment is only a few steps from access to the historic walls that surround the city topped by a beautiful path great for walking, running and biking. All in all this was a great stay for us.

Super apartment, great location, great host

Great location, just inside the wall and very close to the train station. Very clean and spacious, and lots of character. Daniela was very welcoming, and very accommodating. We thoroughly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Lucca

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin Daniela war sehr gastfreundlich und hat alle unsere Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
