Renovierungsbedürftig
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, direkt am Meer. Leider ist der Zustand des Badezimmers nicht so gut. Die Lüftung funktioniert garnicht - in einem innenliegenden Bad hat das sichtbare Folgen nämlich Schimmel vor den Armaturen - auf dem Bild werden die Badewannenarmaturen vom Vorhang verdeckt. Die Wohnung enthält keine Klimaanlage. Es waren drei Ventilatoren vorhanden von denen einer funktionierte.
Der große Boiler hat die Wohnung stark aufgeheizt, so daß es sehr schwer war bei sommerlichen Temperaturen auf dem Stockbett Schlaf zu finden (Raum mit dem Boiler angrenzend zum Raum mit den Stockbetten). Mitten in der Nacht laufen feiernde Jugendliche an der Strandpromenade johlend umher. Es werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche nur gegen Aufpreis gestellt.
