City Permit # STR19-0056. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 6 adults in our party staying in Paso for a weekend of wine tasting. This house was clean and absolutely beautiful. High ceilings throughout made the entire house feel even bigger than it was. Beautiful view from the back yard. We enjoyed the fire pit while we sat and drank wine. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Decor was tastefully done. Nice thick towels and comfortable beds. Very close to town. We will be back and we highly recommend this property!

Great Home for Wine Tasting Trip

Right away we noticed how fully equipped it is with all the amenities! We were 3 women there for wine tasting in the Central Coast and found it just a perfect fit. Beds were great with nice linens and a toilet for each person. Main bedroom is extremely large and other 2 bedrooms smaller. We so enjoyed the landscaping and views out in the back yard. Spent a lot of time around the fire pit which was comfortable with the view of Paso Robles. We will return here as couples in the future!

Paso Robles VRBO Star.

Beautiful place to stay with all the comforts of home. Everything was in perfect working condition from the outdoor fire feature to the indoor appliances. It was well stocked with cooking utensils and even a nice outdoor grill. The location and view were outstandingly also. It was immaculate and I would stay here again.

Family get together and wine tasting weekend

The house was perfect for our visit. Very clean, bright and beautifully decorated and maintained!!! The weather was Marvelous for February enjoyed the views and outdoor fire pit!!! Already planning a trip next year!!! A definite must if you are thinking of renting the house!

Comfortable, clean, convenient and spacious.

This property seems brand new, with so many nice amenities and great space for entertaining. Lovely view of sunsets over the mountains. 5 friends were able to gather with ample and comfortable seating. Very thoughtful offerings in the kitchen (not always found in rentals) to make our cooking experience the best. I would stay again, or suggest to friends.

A nice surprise!

We've been to Paso Robles previously and stayed on the west side, so wasn't sure about staying east of 101. The house was great!! Probably one of the best appointed kitchens I've ever experienced and the layout of the house worked well for three couples. There was a little noise from the highway, but the view from the yard more than made up for it!

On Cloud Nine at Cloud Nine!!

We were two older couples staying at Cloud 9 over New Year's weekend, and we couldn't have been happier in any regard. It's a beautiful home with large and open spaces at the center of the house. The kitchen/ living room areas are both spacious and bright with lots of very comfortable furniture for everybody to find their own places to relax. The beds were also very comfortable and warm. All the linens, and bedding were first rate. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and basic supplies. It was very quiet. Nice views and we could hear the music wafting up from downtown on NY's Eve which added to the celebratory spirit. The location is great with a beautiful and easy drive to the ocean and small coastal towns, Morro Bay, the Hearst Castle and the highlight was Sensoria on a perfect winter's night. A must!! We were all extremely happy at Cloud 9 and will return for a summer experience for more wine tasting and explorations.

Almost perfect

We needed a rental home as our house was being painted, and this house was almost perfect for our 8 day stay. It's very roomy (we didn't use even half of it), with a great layout and space to lounge during the day. Once we figured out how to use the TV it was fine. Better instructions should have been available in the house. The master bathroom was so spacious and a great closet to help make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. There's a fire pit outside and a lovely view of town. The only thing that was a little disconcerting was the location of this house next to a house with four cars in the driveway and a junk pick-up on the street parked in front of the driveway of this house. Besides being an eyesore (it's loaded with junk), it was parked in that spot for our entire stay. We were told that it was against ordinances to park on the street, but it's obviously not enforced. Every time we pulled out of the driveway, we had to be very conscious of the car parked on the street so we wouldn't hit it. Neighborhood was very quiet, but the first time we drove past the house, I was turned off by that junk car. I think it's a simple fix with the rental company making a call to the city. After a citation and fine or two, the problem will probably will be fixed. If that doesn't bother you, then the house will be perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolute gem of a find if you are looking to rent a home in Paso. We rented this lovely house along with another couple. It was by far the cleanest and most updated home I have ever rented anywhere. The location was very convenient to downtown (the square), just a few minutes drive and the neighborhood it is situated in was very quiet and charming. The house itself appears to be only a few years old, hence everything is updated and fresh. Three bedrooms, two bath, plenty of space for folks to spread out and chill or gather and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is fully (and I mean fully) stocked with every conceivable item you could possibly want or need to make meals. I really appreciate the added touch of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water that was provided. I usually bring my own but this was very nice if one didn't have so much as a Kcup in their suitcase. The beds were very comfortable and the linens (sheets and towels) felt and looked like brand new. There is ample parking in the garage (two spaces) and the driveway (two spaces).... makes me want to clear out our garage at home and make space for a car! Beautiful open backyard looks out over a canyon and provides a great feeling of space and privacy. The indoor heat worked great during our late November stay. There is even a friendly kitty from next door who greeted us a couple times on the front lawn when we cute! Too many pluses to mention about this property, I can't think of a single thing that was a negative, even the price seemed very fair for such a property. The icing on the cake.....the proprietors mailed me back a portable speaker charger/cord that I had left in a plug...that is so extra! (as the kids say). I just really appreciate those little kindnesses from good humans. Anyways, strong recommendation from us in Southern California...Paso, you have my heart again. xo
