The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive to questions. The closet door was broken and off the hinges, which presented a hazard. The house was not clean at all.

We spent a lovely 10 days in Sandestin with our children and grandchildren. This host was very quick to respond to our questions. This house was perfect for the range of ages and we really enjoyed the use of the golf carts. Great to have morning coffee watching the birds playing in the small lake outside the back door.

Stayed here as a family trip and had the best time! The property was beautiful and well kept the property owner answered questions quickly and the surrounding area was perfect- beach access and access to shops and restaurants just a golf cart ride away. Speaking of, the golf carts were fun and gave the full beach experience. Can't wait for our next stay!

This house was such an amazing place to stay!! We’ve stayed in houses all over Sandestin and this one was our favorite so far. It had everything we could’ve wanted for two families with lots of littles. Very kid/big group friendly! The screened in patio was awesome and the two golf carts were a game changer for the vacation life. ;) The host was so nice, fast, and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place for Family Beach Trip!

There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The beds were so comfortable we had to find out where to purchase our own. Communication with the owner was superb! We loved Sandestin and having use of the golf cart! Thank you Echo!
