House was very nice and it was as a bonus to have two properties. Location was beautiful and peaceful. Nice access to a dock with swimming. We really enjoyed our stay. Would rent this property again for our family vacation.

The Clyde cabin is horrible. Half of our party had to find other places to stay because it was so bad. The day we arrived the ac wasn't working properly. It was HOT and VERY MUSTY smelling. I called and they did send someone out. The technician said he's been out for it several times. Our daughter stayed the night in it the first night but left due to smell, and the amount of dead bugs under the bed. The second night our son stayed in it. He and his wife woke up coughing and the ac wasn't working again. He walked out of the back door and almost fell through the porch where it is rotted. I did notify the management company and all she had to say she was sorry that it wasn't what we were expecting. The outside is covered in green, the master window has a hole rotted in it, the wooden walkway to the front door is broken and splintered everywhere, the furniture is old and dingy. The Bonnie cabin is a little better. 4 of the 6 mattresses in the bunk room are NOT usable. There are coils you can see and very much feel. The grass wasn't mowed, there's a gap in the master bedroom french doors, there's stains all over the carpet in the master, the hot water doen't last long, the upstairs outdoor furniture is rusted, the downstairs has dingy cushions and some were pushed into the VERY overgrown hedges (that are covered in ticks) behind them, and you cannot walk anywhere off of the pavement without being covered in ticks. Management was aware of it all and I took pictures.

We responded immediately to the AC problem as this tends to happen this time of the year. There has not ever been any problems with the home in question regarding the AC. After the guest left the AC was again checked and worked perfectly. The main home had been serviced this season is what the tech was referring too. This is an older mobile home as listed in the ad. There is not mold in the home and it is very clean. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our properties. If there was an issue upon arrival, we ask that the guest contact us immediately to take care of the issue. The yard is mowed weekly and had been that week taken care of the week of the guests arrival for ticks and mowed. We have been experiencing very heavy rain and this causes the lawns to grow very fast when combined with the heat. This is the Ozarks and the bugs can be overbearing this time of the year. The lawn was mowed as requested by the guest the second day of their stay. All of the lawn furniture though older and sun faded is safe or it would not be available for use. The green is due to the pollen and dust that has been very prevalent due again to the weather. All of our patio furniture is cleaned after every guest. The porch on the mobile has been taken care of as well as the stains on the carpet which are NOT pet urine as this is a pet free home. We have also addressed the "issue" with the mattresses. We provide the highest quality of service for all of our guests.
Had a good time with family reunion. Bonnie house was very clean and nicely decorated. The second house, Clyde, is a double wide. Not too pretty outside but very clean and nice inside. Very limited view of lake from the house deck due to trees. Fall or Winter would be a better chance of seeing lake. I would suggest a better walking path between both houses. I would recommend these houses if you have a large gathering.

Mae we are glad you enjoyed your time with family at our homes. Please visit with us again.
We really appreciated the size and location of this property. We have an air-conditioning issue that was resolved very quickly. Easy to get to lake and to property.
Other than the bad sulfur smell in the area that we were not aware of prior to arriving, the place was a good location, had good views, and fit our group well. Loved the swim deck!
The big house was amazing and so beautiful. We had so much fun downstairs playing pool and darts. The small house was comfy but the king size bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. The other beds are great though.
Bonnie and Clyde's place is a great meeting spot for a large group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out, adequate dishes to serve a group, lots of included activities, and a beautiful setting. We had an issue with the door lock and it was promptly taken care of, even on a Holiday weekend.

Yearly Family Vacation.
The Bonnie house was excellent, the Clyde had a very musty smell, and the distance to boat dock wasnt what we thought on looking at pictures when booking, and getting down there the pathway was very rough, and washed out.But as a faimly vacation being all together we had fun.Thank you.
Clyde’s house has a musty smell. Was Yelled at 3 times, nasty voicemail and text message. Just really started our Family vacation off poorly. One neighbor that was very friendly out of the whole neighborhood. If you bring boats you will not be able to use the neighborhood boat ramp. The trail to the dock is not marked. 2 blocks to the dock is more like 3 blocks with big hills.
The property was fairly easy to find. The last few miles were dirt roads. While it is near the water and access isn't too far away, I wish we could have easily seen the water from the house. The trees pretty well obscured our view. Accommodations were good and we would recommend it. I would give it a very good rating. I do have a couple of suggestions. 1. Grab bars at least in the primary bathroom, would have been appreciated. 2. a railing to the lower level would be good. 3. the kitchen stove burners aren't level. ( made it harder to fry eggs :-)) 4. The steep driveway could use some gravel and grading - some areas are eroded. Overall it is certainly a good vacation spot and the house is about what one would hope for. We would consider it again for our family getaway. My grandchildren really enjoyed the dock and water sporting opportunities. The large bedrooms and beds were appreciated. The porch and balcony were very nice. Seeing deer on or near the property were very nice. I have no real issues with the property and would expect others to enjoy it very much. Being about 20 minutes from a grocery store is good. Thanks
Our family consisted of an 80 year old, 4 couples and 7 children, all 4 and younger. The separate double wide trailer came in handy as an extra get away for the oldest 3. The walk between houses is short but will cause problems for those who cannot walk on uneven surfaces. The road was pleasant to walk and the boat slip was used to fish from and skip rocks. Only regret was not bringing enough bottled water. The water has a smell to it when showering and the trailer does not have refrigerator filtered water. Basement was a great bonus as it provided extra entertainment with pool table/darts and extra tv for football/kids shows.

Somewhat disappointed
Because there are two cabins I’m leaving separate reviews of both cabins. Clyde: it’s a double wide trailer with several steps, needing better handrails, getting into it. The carpet wasn’t clean and the mold and mildew hit you like a ton of bricks when we entered. It wasn’t a healthy environment. This is definitely NOT a cabin for those who have any mobility issues. Bonnie: is very nice but needs handrails on both sides of the stairs going up to the front porch. The staircase going to the lower level needs handrails also. I would recommend Bonnie but not Clyde.
Bonnie and Clyde fit our family perfectly for a beautiful weekend at Beaver Lake. The homes were clean and welcoming. Having access to the huge swim dock allowed us to be together on the lake all day. We cannot wait to come back in summer of 2024!
Great house for a large group. The access to a dock was nice.
