Stunning, light-filled, Temescal bungalow with a hot tub, outdoor BBQ, luxury amenities and a detached garden studio. Perfectly situated on a quiet street close to coffee shops, restaurants, Piedmont Ave, Telegraph Ave, Broadway and 40th, Rockridge, a short walk to MacArthur BART for easy commute to SF. The main home features a master bedroom with king-sized bed, full office, open plan kitchen with skylights, dining room, living room with cable TV (plus Netflix, Hulu, etc.), patio, and a basement studio level with Queen bed, bathroom, wet bar, rowing machine, and TV room (note: basement studio has 6'6" ceilings). In-house laundry and off-street parking available for one car. You additionally have full use of a detached garden studio with loft bed (requires climbing ladder), bathroom with rain shower under skylight, and cascading doors opening onto the deck. For pets, please contact owners. Available for long-term rental from August 2021, please contact owners.

Hidden Gem

We came with our adult children for the graduation of our youngest. This house provided us plenty of private space for each of us as well as places to gather in the home and in the beautiful backyard. The hot tub was enjoyed and eating outside even though the weather was cool as there is a propane heater. The flowers and landscaping make you feel like your in your own little oasis. The house is beautiful with everything you need ! Truly luxurious ! Would love to come back & stay again.
