Pretty country house of 150 m2 surrounded by greenery (wooded park of 4000 m2), ideally located, 3 km from Moutiers les Mauxfaits and 15 minutes from the beaches (Longeville, La Tranche-sur-Mer).

Urban forest and O'Gliss Park theme parks in the immediate vicinity. 20 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 1 hour from La Rochelle (Île de Ré). 1 hour from Puy du Fou. Beaches 15 minutes by car. Many walks around.

The house has upstairs a toilet, 2 bedrooms of 14 m² each with a 140x200 bed, a small bedroom with a 120x190 bed (about 9 m²), and finally a children's bedroom under the crawl, equipped with a baby bed, a 120x190 bed and a 90x190 single bed. An extra sofa bed type "BZ" is also available on a mezzanine which can be used as a playroom by children (about 15 m²)

On the ground floor, a large entrance of 10 m² leads to a shower area, a separate toilet with sink, a small functional kitchen of about 5 m² with gas stove, electric oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, as well as a lounge of around 25 m².

The living room has a large French window opening onto a small terrace. It is equipped with a corner sofa and several armchairs. You will also find a small TV, DVD player, HiFi system, game console (Wii), and many books and tourist guides on the Vendée and other regions of France. The living room opens onto a large living / dining room (about 35 m²) equipped with a table with extension, a wood stove (wood provided) and a large library. The living room opens onto the garden (small terrace on the south side) and onto a large balcony on the east side. A bathroom with bath / shower and a laundry room complete the package.
