Studio ideally located at the foot of the palace of the kings of Mallorca, in a quiet street, a few meters from the city center with its shops, cafes, entertainment and monuments ... Entirely renovated with taste in 2017, keeping its charm and giving all comfort to relax and enjoy your stay in Perpignan. The 25m2 studio is very bright and on the first floor of a 1920 villa. It is composed of a room of 16M2, a "kitchinette" and a small bathroom with shower.
It is the ideal place, comfortable and practical of its geographical situation .... for the holidays or a professional displacement. In this villa, there are also two other apartments that can come with family or group.
