This impressive 4000+ square foot home is located ideally close to the Village Mall. This is the perfect home if you have a large group or separate families coming together as we have a large open area to be together plus each have their own separated spaces.
There is a large open layout on the main floor, which includes a great room, kitchen and dining area. The wood burning fireplace is the perfect place to curl up on cold Sunriver nights, and the 60 inch flat screen tv in the grand room is the perfect place to watch a movie. A large deck wraps around the back of the house, with access from the dining area, and the sauna room.
There are 5 bedrooms, plus a loft. There are two, newly remodeled king master bedrooms on the main level. Both have 42 inch flat screen tvs and dvd players, their own bathrooms with walk-in rain head showers and access to their own decks.
The third bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed and a 42 inch flat screen tv.
Bedroom number four is also on the main level, and has a queen sized bed and 42 inch flat screen tv. Also on the main level is a loft overlooking the grand room, with 4 twin beds. Perfect place for the kids!
The fifth bedroom is on the lower level and includes a king sized bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. It is a great layout for a small family to use! This room also has a 42 inch flat screen tv.

With brand new bedding and comforters in all the rooms, you will sleep like a baby on vacation.
Game room is also recently remodeled. Now featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, double shot basketball, Foosball, and 1980's cocktail arcade game with 1162 classic games. There are 2 couches (one is a queen sized sleeper sofa) 65 inch flat screen tv and full bathroom
We do provide high speed internet access, and cable, as well as 12 passes to the Sharc facility, which is not to be missed!
The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, so any meal you want to make is possible! And with 2 refrigerators, there is space to bring anything you might need. There is also a gas BBQ on the back deck, with picnic tables and chairs.
Relax in the HOT TUB at the end of a long day of activities!
There is a double car garage as well as parking in the driveway and around the side of the house. Oh yeah and also a sauna.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

It is the perfect house for all ages, something for everyone. The kiddos absolutely loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Having 5 1/2 bathrooms was amazing for the sixteen of us. If I had to come up with anything negative, it would be that there are a lot of stairs, but we just looked at it as we were working off some of the calories we consumed during our 4 night stay. All in all it was the perfect place for our large family get together.

Excellent Property for Large Family

The house was well equipped and comfortable. The SHARC passes gave us use of the beautiful facility for lap swimming early in the day and family fun later. We were able to rent the Ft.Rock Park for my husband’s 80th birthday party providing a great venue!

We loved our week in Sunriver and found this house to be perfect for our large family of 17. The kids loved all the extra spaces and the game room. There were plenty of beds, towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, dishes, etc. We were lacking for nothing and when the coffee maker didn't work, the management brought us a new one ASAP. The SHARC passes and bikes were an extra bonus saving us lots of money. We loved it!

Snow ski and family!

We gathered from all corners of the nation… 17 adults ages 15-86. Prime location walkable to the local grocery and shopping. The owner was EXTREMELY responsive and when our coffee pot broke he replaced it right away no questions asked! Super fun time… great game room for the teens and plenty of space to spread out but be together. Sauna was a bonus!Would highly recommend to families. Even the older folks did fine. Once they were in the house going from the bedroom to the main living area/kitchen was all on the same floor.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The house is so close to the village and sharc. We did find there were. Few broken items… ie blinds very difficult to open/close, dvd played in main living room was broken, and there were no others in the home, hot tub cover, kitchen chair, just odds and ends. But overall the floor plan and house was nice.

Exceeded expectations!

When you’re booking a place for 13 extended family members ranging in age from 3 to 73, it’s easy to have some misgivings. Will the layout work? Will the bathrooms be adequate? Will there be enough things to do in bad weather? I’m happy to say that this home in Sunriver answered YES to all this and more. The teens loved the availability of bikes to go to nearby shopping and SHARC. Grandparents appreciated that their room was way down the hall, away from the noise. Little ones loved that there was a stool to help them reach the sink in *every* bathroom. I was relieved that the dishwasher worked readily and that there was an extra fridge for drinks. We loved the downstairs game room, the hot tub, the big table and nearby bar seating which meant that all 13 of us could enjoy meals together. This place was absolutely fabulous. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so pleased with large accommodations!

Worked fine for our group

The location was great, close to the Village and SHARC. Plenty of space for our group of 14, with king and queen beds, and multiple bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub. Cons: for the cost, the house was not in great shape. Cheap bedding, flat pillows. Empty pump hand soap. Only had small, cheap, hotel soaps. A maintenance person showed up to fix one of the bunkbeds on day 2, with no warning. We were not advised that they were broken or that anyone was coming. Video game table did not work correctly. Flickering lights in several areas. Bathtub drained slowly. Overall it worked for us but would expect more for the price.

Family Reunion site

Great place for family of all ages. Neighbors partied loud till 2 AM on 2 nights. Police came to have our car trailer moved off sight, was not aware of no short term restrictions on trailers.

This amazing home was perfect for our diverse large group! Bedrooms spread out for privacy and plenty of bathrooms it accomadated our group perfectly. The game room was so much fun! We had one small issue and the owner responded immediately. Hoping to stay again soon!

Central Oregon Family Vacation

Bike riding, golf, floating on the Deshuttes 4 days, evening bike rides and petting the horses, etc...etc made for a great vacation. The 4 young cousins had a ball together.

This house is in a great location. The layout is a little funky, and there is a nosy resident neighbor, but we had a large family group with a wide age range of kids and everyone had a great time. The game room is perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults relax upstairs.

really well maintained house, beds are super comfy, nicely laid out bathrooms, solid patio and hot tub setup. Easy walk or bike ride down to the Village. Game room was not up to par. Hopefully the owners will get some new darts and put batteries in the pop-a-shot. Still a great trip and I'd book the house again.

Great house. Fulfilled our needs very well. 2 nusances: 1) dishwasher worked poorly...might be due to very low water pressure in the kitchen 2) we had a hard time working the thermostats especially the air conditioner in the main room.
