Location, location, location!! Come stay in this brand new home in the heart of Sunriver. SHARC and the sledding hill are literally right out your back door. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen table expands to seat 14. 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a ton of extra space in the finished basement. Everyone will enjoy the game room in the basement with a Pool table, ping pong table, foos ball table, and Wii with games. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub and BBQ. 5 adult bikes and 1 kids bike in the garage.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Had one night that it got really hot upstairs and not sure what happened but it cooled back down some so it wasn’t too bad the next couple of nights. Again, thank you so much for the letting us stay, it was a great time with our family.

Great holiday

This was a terrific property for our group of nine young adults, their parents and grandparents. Excellent for varied sleeping arrangements and wonderful amenities. Decorations for the holidays topped off our stay. The location is outstanding. Would happily stay there again.

Great family reunion

This was our second timed staying at this home. The house was located right across from the SHARC which was a great convenience. It was roomy enough for the 12 of us ages 10-75. The teens especially enjoyed the basement with pool, ping pong, and foosball. Highly recommend!

Nice house with great location

We had a great time with our family. All positive except one bedroom was a pull out couch which we didn’t expect and the bedroom in the basement had no bathroom. The house was large and very nice with a great location.

Perfect family reunion

We celebrated a wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs-several bedrooms, family rooms and a basement with many games. Something for everyone. The proximity to the SHARC as well as to the village was a real plus. We plan on visiting again.

Everything was great everyone had a great time. It was a very easy walk to the SHARC. The kitchen had 2 plugin grills that made it easy to make breakfast for everyone.we had 15 total and had plenty of room for all.we didn't find kitchen tea towels or a dishrag.It was very nice that there was shower gel ,hair shampoo and soft soap was at all of the sinks.we would suggest this house to anyone looking for lots of room. We would stay here again; it's a very nice home.

Beautiful, clean property in Sunriver

We had a family reunion with 13 people at this beautiful property. It was beyond what we had imagined. It was close to interesting things to see in Sunriver, and you can see the aquatic center from the house. The house was tasteful and clean with great amenities and a well-stocked kitchen.

Reunion

We had 3 generations celebrating the 60th Anniversary of 3 (grandparent) couples. The house was amazing - every bit as good as it looked online. Having a bathroom in the basement would have made things a bit easier, but everything else was superb! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect home to share the holidays

We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Strolled through the snow to the village, walked across the street to the sledding hill, and again the next day for a family swim at SHARC. We cooked most every meal at home and found everything we needed in the expensive kitchen. Lots of pool, ping pong and foosball. All in all a wonderful stay.Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful house -close to pool

We stayed August 10 through August 15.The house is beautiful and it is well stocked!! It is across the street from the pool, so no need to drive or park. Be careful that you get to the pool early. Lines form and there are very few seats after opening.

Christmas family bacation

We have a wonderful time and were all very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out in the house. There was 11 of us and 2 dogs. The place is directly across the street from the shedding hill and indoor pool. The kitchen was well supplied but not totally organized, really had to search for basic equipment. But I would totally recommend this house.

The best location for children.

We stayed four nights at this property. And it was probably the best location for kids. Literally the sledding hill is right out back and all the entertainment is in the basement instead of a garage where it’s cold and no one wants to hang out. The home was beautiful and truly felt like a home instead of a rental. Thank you for a memorable New Years weekend! May you be blessed!

Family get together

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time at this home. Good layout for everyone and the recreation room in the basement was a huge hit. We held a family tournament of champions down there. The location across from the Sharc facility was great for the young ones which also has a small park and disk golf course located next to it. My only criticism would be the cleanliness when we arrived. There must have been a large family there before our arrival as the trash cans outside were overflowing as well as two full trash containers in the kitchen. Overall a very nice time for all.
