Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool fenced (7 x 3 m, 25 m2, depth 150 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 2.7 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach "Lac Nolay" 1.9 km. Nearby attractions: Vignobles des Côtes de Beaune 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Nolay 1.9 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Le Noyer", 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (85 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen-/living room (1 hot plate, dishwasher, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: open large gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV. Oil heating. Natural stone floors. Large terrace 20 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and Mont de Rême. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Leuk vakantiehuisje

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. Het huisje is perfect qua grootte voor 4 personen. Buiten is er een heel aangenaam terras vlak aan het huisje en een tafel Ana het zwembad. Het zwembad is veilig omheind. De tuin is een enorme meerwaarde voor kleinere kindjes. Nadeel: heel slechte wifi verbinding en wein bereik op de telefoon. Dit is wat jammer met kleine kindjes die toch af en toe eens een filmpje willen kijken. + Épertully is echt heel klein. Voor de bakker en winkel heb je een auto nodig

La maison est bien située, mais pour quatre adultes ça nous semble trop petite. La télé dans la chambre à coucher, manque d'un fauteuil en bas, et manques de quelques outiles nécessaires dans la cuisine sont à noter.

Ruhiges Haus auf dem Land

Das kleine Haus mit großem Garten und Pool ist modern eingerichtet und enthält alles Wesentliche, auch wenn die Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich ist. WLAN ist nur vor der Tür des Vermieters ,der im Nebenhaus wohnt, gut und stabil.SAT-TV mit vielen deutschsprachigen Sendern.

Oud maar functioneel en prachtig gelegen

Mooi gelegen woning. Prachtig uitzicht, mooi zwembad. Tuin met zon en schaduw. Binnen is het het verouderd, maar functioneel. Woonkamer ontbreekt. Wi-Fi is er eigenlijk niet, heel soms en dan nog heel traag. Een teamsmeeting is uitgesloten, zelfs zonder video.

Maison au milieu de la nature près de Nolay

On a passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison atypique à deux pas de Nolay, où on peut trouver tout ce qu'il faut. On peut faire des balades à pieds au milieu des vignes et de la nature et visiter Beaune et ses alentours en moins de 30'. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil garni de bonnes noix du jardin, la propreté à notre arrivée et la vue magnifique depuis le grand jardin. Pour info le wifi marche mieux dans la chambre des enfants, sinon c'est correct pour voir ses mails. Merci...!

Semaine de déconfinement

Très beau séjour à Epertully dans cette maison. La vue est magnifique, l’extérieur est agréable et bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons! Encore merci à Alonso pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Rustig gelegen vakantiewoning met fraai uitzicht

Fijne vakantiewoning met verfrissend zwembad. Gelegen in rustige streek van Bourgondie. Nabij steden als Beaune, Dijon, Autun. De Morvan (Bibracte) is ook vlakbij.
