About Maria Trepat Gelabert
My name is Maria Trepat and I´m Catalina´s daughter. Catalina designed this house 6 years ago with an amazing result, she had the idea of a traditional Majorcan house, with the comfort of a 1 floor space and a contemporary design. We both were born in Mallorca and live in Pollensa for the last 20 years. I was raised in the countryside, enjoying the endless summers in the beaches around the island and hiking the mountains in winter. After spending some years in England, Barcelona, and travelling around the world, I decided to go back to Majorca and built my dream. I´m a fashion designer and together with Catalina we opened Suite 13 in 2012 a Sustainable high-design store in the center of Palma de Majorca, we have eco-friendly collections made by me and other designers of the island. We would love to be your host and made your stay in Ca´n Suau more comfortable. During your stay I´m available 24 hrs by phone, and Catalina lives 10min from the villa.
Maria Trepat Gelabert purchased this Villa in 2008

Great Family Holiday
For my family and I as well as our friends whom traveled with us the villa was ideally located and private. Perfect for children being all one level and Maria was very helpful and dealt with some minor issues promptly. Definitely a place to return to.
This is a fabulous villa with everything you require in a beautiful location.
We had a fabulous holiday. I would highly recommend this villa. It has everything you need in an ideal location. A car is essential although getting a taxi to go out at night was easy and not expensive. The manager is always available and gets back with any queries promptly.
The surrounding area is stunning with lots to do and see. We would definitely come back and stay here and recommend it to all our friends.
We had a brilliant stay.. what a great size villa and outside space.. no stairs perfect for 1yr olds
A brilliant experience.. host was so helpful and problems were solved straight away! Will definitely be back!
We had two families of 4 (with 4 kids under 5). The house was perfect for our needs, with loads of room for everyone and an excellent outdoor space for kids and adults. The location is great (equidistant between pollenca and puerto pollenca) and with a car its really easy to get around with it being close to the main road. The scenery around the property is just amazing and the pool perfect to help us cool off. The owner was really responsive to any needs we had via whatapp which made things really straight forward. Would highly recommend for families.
Amazing views and perfect for kids
Great location with incredible views. Lots of space inside and out for kids to enjoy & well serviced with outdoor toys and kitchen equipment. Maria was brilliant and minor issues dealt with straight away. Only issue was the drain smell from the back bathroom.
We had a great holiday. The house is very spacious, plenty of room inside and out for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. We liked the location; with easy access to both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Maria was fantastic, making sure the villa was easy to find as we were arriving late. One minor issue was a drain smell in one of the bathrooms but as there were 2 others this didn’t cause us any problems! Would definitely recommend.
Can Suau is located between the beatiful old town of Pollensa and the fishing town of Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the hills that run parallel to the road.
A great sandy bay on the north east coast of the island of Majorca served by Puerto Pollensa, where there is a gently sloping sandy beach, bars, restaurants and some nightlife as well as a bustling harbour.
View the 760ft cliffs at Cap de Formentor, explore the foothills of the Sierra del Norte or visit nearby old town Pollensa itself.
In Pollensa you can walk El Calvari the worn stairs of Via Crucis and take the view from the ancient Benedicitine Monastery, Ermita de Nostra Senora del Puig.
Every Sunday in Pollensa and wednesday in Puerto Pollensa takes place the local market, perfect occasion to buy fresh local fruits and vegetables, as well as handicrafts made from artisans of the island.
If your are looking for isolated sandy beaches, after a 20min walk or by horse riding you arrive to Son Real beach, or enjoy a paddle surf day in the next beach Son Serra de Marina.
Pollensa bay is full of stunning 'calas' (samll beaches some of them with sand) you can reach them by Kayak for the more adventurers, by boat or by foot.
I was raised in Pollensa, and it would be a pleasure to share my secret places with our visitors!!
Puerto Pollensa was originally a fishing village, retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings tourists and locals alike wander up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and restaurants and along the celebrated Pine Walk
