AMENITIES – Marble Mountain Retreat sleeps up to fourteen guests and offers five bedrooms including a main floor master bedroom with King-size bed and fireplace. There are four additional bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. There is plenty of space to relax in with a main level living room and lower level family room each with large flat screen TVs. There is even a foosball table in the lower level family room when it's time for a little friendly competition! We had a wonderful time at the house for a long ski weekend. The house was just as advertised, with plenty of space food a large group of adults. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens to go around. Added bonus of towels right next to the door leading outside for the hot tub. The shuttle to town/the mountain is about 10-15 mins walk downhill, so be prepared to walk a bit if you are going in your ski gear. We ended up ubering home as to not have to do the incline :) All in all a great home in a great quiet location!

Wonderful place to stay. The managing company responded quickly when I had questions which awesome. It was clean and accommodated 3 families with kids. I would totally recommend this place!

The house was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. There were plenty of towels available. There are some improvements that could be made for the cost of the rental - 1. Oven venting - when using the oven and stove, a strong smell came from the appliances, so we had to open the window to vent out. 2. Carpeted bathrooms - we believe this attributed to a musty smell and some people with sensitive allergies had issues with the dust/mustiness, also it was wet due to carpet/shower, etc. 3. Needed to specifically request front door code - it was provided but then asked that we not use the front door. Not sure that's reasonable. Additionally but not as big a deal, there were no complete "games" i.e. scrabble missing most pieces, candyland broken in half, etc. And there were not many kitchen supplies if you plan to cook, and very dull knives. Overall it was clean and host did what they could to help!

Great Breckenridge Home

Great place! 8-10 mins to most of the of the lifts. There's plenty space and plenty of beds. Did get stuck in the driveway due to heavy snow but it wasn't to hard to shovel out. Be prepared for elevation cause this place is an extra 2k feet up from the Breckenridge. Otherwise would recommend, Pinnacle Lodge were experts on check-in and check-out

Beautiful Location, Gorgeous Home!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! We cooked a lot during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub provided some much-needed relaxation, the beds were comfy and the décor was lovely. The home was nicely cleaned for our arrival. The manual for the home had clear instructions for everything, and we all had a great time - will definitely try to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was lovely and the cleaning crew is amazing! The house was super clean. The carpet was the only negative - it's old and needs to be replaced. The house worked well for our 3 families. It was high up on the mountain but in a nice neighborhood!

Cool Get Away

The house was a wonderful base camp for our family get a way to beat the summer heat. We had many fun days relaxing at the large table, watching movies downstairs, and sitting on the deck. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Neighborhood was a short drive to downtown, but remote enough to be very quiet. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, cool getaway.

Girls weekend

The house was great. We had a group of ladies staying the weekend and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. Nice big table for us to all sit around. Even had a guest with a broken ankle. She got around great on the main floor with her scooter. Thank goodness there is a bedroom on the main floor. Had a dmall issue with the garage door and they sent someone out right away to take a look at it. They responded very quickly. We had a great stay!!

Very nice home that had a number of extra amenities for families with kids that included sleds, toys, kid eating seat/pack and a play crib(though we brought our own). Multiple levels so plenty of space for everyone. Overall would recommend. Distance to Breckenridge gondola lot was about a 10 minute drive(15 in snowy conditions). AWD is a must to get out of the driveway if it snows

House was equipped with everything from a loaded kitchen to all the baby things needed while away from home. The only negative was that someone had taken their dogs to the house. Dog hair on the couches upstairs and down, on the stairs and on a few of the bed blankets.

Mis-managed property with broken amenities

Although the house itself was ok. Pinnacle lodging was not very helpful during our stay and operates this property poorly. First, we did not receive any check in instructions until the minute we were allowed to enter the home. There was snow and ice covering the steep driveway and the group's 4-wheel drive cars got stuck for several hours. Our group eventually had to get our cars towed out of the driveway which we had to pay for ourselves. When we asked Pinnacle lodging to please treat the driveway, they gave us a hard time and demanded that we provide them pictures of the driveway before they would come do anything (we had left to go skiing already and could'nt provide a current picture). Secondly (and the worst of all), there was an issue with the master bathroom shower, which led to the entire house not having hot water for 2 days. The water was freezing cold and irritated the skin. No one could use the master bathroom at all for 2 days until they figured out the problem. We needed to accommodate servicemen entering the property at random times to look into the water issues with no heads up at any point. Overall, for the price this property demands, it was not worth the value at all. Our group had to deal with constant stress throughout the trip of a very passive property management company that seems to not care much about their occupants. I would recommend staying at a different property if you are thinking about visiting Breckenridge.

Communication from the host was great, and they were responsive throughout our stay. However, the overall experience could have been better. The checkout process wasn’t very accommodating, and our request for a slightly later checkout wasn’t considered.Additionally, the cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations. Some of the bedsheets and blankets appeared to be dirty, and the space could have used more thorough cleaning.Overall, while the communication was strong, improvements in cleanliness and guest accommodation would make a big difference.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had enough space. I didn't not like that drive way needed to be shuffled more because we got stuck trying to get out. The deck outside had not been cleared in a while because it had over two inches of ice under the snow. The downstairs bathroom, had mode growing above the shower tile. The place did have towels for people using the hot tub which was a plus. It had a lot of kitchen equipment to prepare food. They had games available for people to play.
