5 bedrooms (3 queen rooms, 1 king room, 1 "kids room" with 3 twin beds and a loft area), 4 full bathrooms (3 with standing showers, 1 shower/tub combo). This spacious home will give you room to spread out while still being together. A state of the art kitchen will be perfect to cook meals together should you wish to stay in for a night. This was a great cabin for our large family visit to Breckenridge. It easily accommodated 6 adults and had a wonderful kids’ room (the loft) that was perfect for the three young girls in our group. There are two comfortable seating areas (one upstairs and one down) so there is plenty of room to read, relax, or just hang out. All nine of us could fit at the dinner table and the kitchen was well equipped. This was important since we cooked all our meals rather than go out to eat. Our host was also very responsive when we had questions. And most importantly, we were just a few minutes away from wonderful trails – including one that takes you to a beautiful mountain lake.

Great Family/Friend Gathering

Wonderful house for all ages. Very responsive - we were traveling with our 1 and 3 year olds and they made sure we had a pack n play and high chair, which was above and beyond. Thank you!

Birthday weekend trip

Had a great time at this house! Hot tub was super nice and big enough for our group. The house was huge and had pretty much everything we needed. Beds were comfy. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear people in kitchen from downstairs but that’s pretty typical in a big cabin. Location was great to Breckenridge. Would stay here again.

Convenient location. House had Hills and sleding equipment so you didn’t have to leave the house if you didn’t want to. Great place for kids. House is in great condition and property management was super responsive!

Our Favorite Home

This was our first time staying in this home and we loved it! We had 12 people and never felt cramped. The living room is large and inviting, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The home is very well equipped and has top notch appliances. The property is well maintained with snow removal and offers plenty of areas to play, sled, etc. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to feel secluded. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return to this beautiful home!

Breckenridge family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Spruce Creek Lodge. The amenities as described were in line with the description. I was disappointed with the road noise from the busy road below. We enjoyed the cool weather from the outside deck around the propane fireplace.

Beautiful Site in the Mountains

We enjoyed our stay. We'd been looking for a property with four bathrooms which was a plus for our group and worked out well. It was a great location for our four siblings and spouses to stay for a few days and relax together. There were a few issues that were communicated to the host which, I'm sure will be resolved. I'll bet that you would like the property as we did.

Best Spring Break Vacation

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

Loved this property and everything about it! We stayed for our 5 day family vacation during spring break. Home was comfy and cozy- but yet roomy enough for all.- each of us with our own bedrooms and then common spaces to share. Kitchen provided all we needed for cooking and sharing meals. Great outdoor space for views and for playing in snow. Meghan is so wonderful to work with and always available for help or questions. Highly recommend!!!!.

Beautiful Home

Home is beautiful... the kitchen could use reorganization of pots, utensils, etc. Pots were a little difficult to clean and we only had 1 dish cloth and 2 dish towels (should have brought our own!) The floor heating system did not heat as well as we like... it was very cold our entire stay... thankfully we had a wood burning fireplace that made it very cozy. All in all a wonderful stay... the owner kindly let us put a tree up when we arrived!

Spring Break 2024

The house, hot tub, use of garage & location was GREAT! But, a few things we noticed that can fixed for the next renters; need more lighting in the bedrooms, outlets in the bathrooms sometimes didn't work. Had to use an extension cord to use a hairdryer. For the most part this house had everything we asked for and more. High end appliances, fireplace with wood supplied, plenty of extras supplied to the renters--very appreciated. Would def. stay again and look forward to visit Colorado again soon!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Home!

Annual Ski Trip

The house was perfect for my groups annual ski trip. The house was clean upon our arrival and had enough space for all 10 of us. I would recommend some additional towels for the hot tub as a few of us had to us some bath towels to dry off after getting out, but the hot tub was great and was nice with it being covered underneath the deck. The fire places kept the house nice and cozy (just know you will need to get some fire wood as they are all wood burning). We never had any issue running out of hot water even with the entire group showering after a day on the mountain. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice house for a ski trip to Breckenridge! I would also like to give a shout out to Meghan (property manager) who was always available if we had any questions or concerns!

Family get together June 24 in Breckenridge

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, and well appointed. The two missing items that we needed ( blender and muffin tin pan ) we bought and the property manager reimbursed me for purchasing and leaving at the property. Great communication with the property manager, beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient to downtown Breckenridge. The cabin could use a deep clean in regards to blinds etc, but the overall cleanliness was great. The sheets could be a little softer. The cabin is cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of mountains with snow on them across from the property and we saw moose almost every day in the field across from it. I would recommend the property invest in some binoculars although I understand other guest might not leave them behind. We really wish we had a set and could not find a store with them. Drive to the top of the road above and find amazing hiking trails with gushing mountain streams! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

We LOVED IT! Overall a fantastic location, well appointed and decorated home! Would certainly return!!! There were 5 of us and had more than enough room with the loft to spare! Heated bathroom floors bonus! Great layout with spacious floor plan. Loved the fireplaces! Loved the kitchen, appliances and wine cooler. Large family table!!!! Spent a lot of time there playing games and enjoying our company! Loved the living room - lots of seating, large tv and beautifully decorated.The house did take some time to heat up but they fully warned us of that in welcome email. Appreciated the extras - extra pillows, enough towels, 5 people and never ran out of hot water, lots of blankets. We also really appreciated that some items were left from previous guests - like coffee, sugar, cooking oils, etc… those really came in handy! A nice to have would be maybe small single serve condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo or basics like that because it’s hard to shop for a 5 or so day trip and not waste large amounts of things like that. Beautiful location close to Breck but not in town… 5-10min drive is perfect! Loved that other houses may be close but not visible - felt private. A tall table next to hot tub for snacks, drinks and towels would be a nice to have. Possibly an outdoor lamp by hot tub as it gets very dark but don’t want spot light on. House layout on the website would be nice to see for planning. Overall great stay!!!!
