Quiet residential area in woodland, 5 minutes from the beach and shops

Located in the Parc de Royan, residential area wooded, quiet, 400m from the beach of Grande Conche (5 minutes to feet max!),

Big Studio of 32m2 of full foot in Rez of garden of 35m2 with its very nice tiled terrace of 30m2 displayed south, bright and very pleasant in small residence.

Easy parking, next door free & outdoor bike parking.

Small market 'DU PARC' at 300m, open every day, with all its shops: bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, brewery, hairdressers, pizzeria, distributor Crédit Agricole (3 minutes walk).

Royan Park 3 minutes walk: children playgrounds, mini-golf. Summer shows in July-August.

The ideal is that everything can be done on foot: Royan center about 10 minutes along the sea and the beach (pedestrian area, and bikes)

1.9km from the train station; 800m from Lidl & Mc Do, 2 Km Center Leclerc and its commercial area.

It consists of furniture & appliances all new (2014) & a bathroom completely redone in April 2015 and a new kitchen completely redone in May 2016 and installation WIFI:

Nous avons passés 6 jours dans l'appartement de Annick.C'était vraiment super, logement très agréable, tout étais au top.Le jardin était vraiment très agréable pour les enfant. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description. Il est très fonctionnel, propre, très bien situé (nous pouvons tout faire à pieds : proche de la grande plage avec baignade surveillée, du parc avec aire de jeux pour les enfants, commerces de proximité et petit marché couvert). La grande terrasse est très agréable également. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Mme MOREAU, qui nous a bien conseillées et qui est très disponible.

L hébergement est tres.birn. seul hic mais les propriétaires ny peuvent rien. Le fait que l appartements soient en quinconce avec ceux d a cote le protège énormément du vent. Donc ce qui a gener pour nous cest le manque de renouvellement d'air mais les propriétaires ne peuvent rien faire. A part cela, joli appart, proches des commerces de 1er nécessité, tres ideale. Ainsi que de la plage, encore plus agréable. Cela a oermibde bonne balade en bord de mer et dans les quartiers.

Suis venue en train de Paris. Le studio est à 7 minutes de la gare en prenant le Bus(la ligne 3. Petit appartement mais grande terrasse bien équipée et jardin qui permet d’avoir une belle superficie. Bien exposé. A l’intérieur l’équipement est basique. Rien n’est laissé dans la location, dès l’arrivée filez en courses ou venez avec l’essentiel (savon, café..) bon séjour hôte sympathique.
