This recently renovated vacation home comfortably accommodates 14 and boasts upper and lower living areas as well, stylish décor and an excellent location to access all the fun Lake Norman has to offer by land and by water.

Begin making your memories at Southern Sunrise with an early kayak cruise around the cove while the sun is making her entrance over the lake. As your time here continues, whether you're fishing, swimming, kayaking or taking one of our rental boats out to dinner, you will find life gets no better than being out on Lake Norman. After you're done in the sun and the evening starts to wind down, take a seat by the fire pit and enjoy the reflections over the lake.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, boats can be tied up to the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Southern Sunrise is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!
