A newly renovated beautiful 3/2 home with canal views and access to the Gulf Of Mexico! Enjoy the wonderful weather of Cape Coral, Florida by grilling in the backyard and watching boats glide by! The sunsets here will make you never want to leave! Washer and dryer on site. There is parking available for up to 5 cars. BBQ area available for use on outdoor patio, with an exterior sink. All towels and bed linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Property is centrally located in Southwest area of Cape Coral, with city water.

Overall met our needs. Best part is backyard canal front. Very clean and updated. Furnishings mediocre, no comfortable outdoor seating, kitchen not well equipped with pots/pans for cooking.
