Accommodations:
Our charming three-bedroom, two-bath townhouse offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a convertible couch that transforms into a twin bed and a dedicated workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. second bathroomhas a bathtub/shower. Forgot something? We have it! Our fully stocked kitchen ensures you can cook just like at home, and the cozy living room with a smart TV and streaming apps adds to your relaxation. Enjoy our spacious backyard for outdoor fun.

Rules:

No Parties: Please be considerate. If you're seeking a party atmosphere, this isn’t the place for you. We have strict policies and will charge a cleaning fee if parties are held.
No Smoking: Our home is strictly smoke-free. Smoking inside or on the property will result in a $500 fee for professional cleaning.
Location:
Our prime location in Cape Coral is family-friendly and close to everything you’ll want to explore. The Yacht Club, just 10 minutes away, offers a public beach, pool, playground, and more. Explore local parks, enjoy dining on Cape Coral Parkway, and check out nearby breweries. We’re also a short drive from Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers River District, and about 40 minutes to Sanibel Island. For a day trip, Naples is just an hour away, with its zoo and botanical gardens.
Cleaning safety:
We prioritize your health with our professional cleaning service, which uses strong chemicals and focuses on high-touch areas. We sparkly clean all bedding and dishes before each guest.

Pet Policy:
We are dog-friendly! For an additional fee, we welcome small, well-behaved dogs. Please ensure your dog is spayed/neutered, trained, and up-to-date with vaccinations, flea, and tick control. Keep your furry friend on a leash when outside the property.

Extras:
Enjoy our grill, but please clean it after use. An extra fee will apply if the grill is left uncleaned. Propane is not included. Our large, fully fenced patio offers privacy for your outdoor enjoyment.

Overall this property worked well for us. We were mainly doing day trips for birding and this location was central to Sanibel, corkscrew, sites in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, etc. The house itself (really a duplex flat) was very nice inside and well-maintained. The main reason I can't give it all 5 stars is that the adjoining neighbors of the duplex were pretty noisy a lot of the time,especially the dog, and sometimes young kids screaming. we ate out on the patio one night and they put the dog outside. It sat at their back door and barked nonstop. But most nights the dog barking was heard from inside too. I don't know if those were residents or also renters, but the listing doesn't make mention of the duplex situation. It was only mentioned in the checkin materials. Curiously, the streetview image for that address is a construction site.

Comfy in the Cape

The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very responsive and welcome guests with a booklet outlining the local area and other nice touches. The home is well-organized, kitchen has sufficient dishes, pots, pans and spices so you can cook if you want to, plenty of space, and one of the rooms is set up as an office. Unfortunately the fence remains almost completely down as a result of the hurricane, but otherwise home is as-pictured in the listing. Great hosts, nice convenient location.

Vacation Rental

The property owners were quick to respond to any of our requests. They advertised this as a three bedroom property, but it was actually two bedrooms and an office with an air mattress We had pets but the neighbors had two small dogs that were constantly at the sliding door barking at our dogs. It made it difficult to let our dogs out on the property. The beds had sheets and light blankets, but really needed comforters for the beds. This is a duplex so you will be able to hear the neighbors. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to attractions, beach and restaurants and the home was very clean.

Gteat Stay with a Great Host. Cant be any better than this

Our stay was Amazing. A new home in a great location. Very Quiet neighborhood.Complete Privacy. Short drive to all area beaches and parks.Host was very responsive. Its their attention to detail that impressed me. From the welcome sign to baby toys to exotic spices to light reading materials. We felt like we were staying in a 5 start resort. Very happy. Highly recommended.
