About this property

#6 Frio River Grove Rentals

We are located approximately 60-75 yards from The Beautiful Frio River. We are in a prime location for tubing and kayaking. The houses are equipped all your basic kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, bowls, cups etc. We also provide linens for all beds. We DO NOT provide any towels. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation. You will need to provide us your email address, through Airbnb messaging.

Needs 24 hour staff on site to manage issues

Crazy weekend not for family! Loud DJ style equipment blasting music throughout entire site, drunks and belligerent cabin guests out of hand bothering families and starting fights! I understand this was a holiday weekend but there needs to be on site people maintaining and keeping things under control no need to allow to get out of hand. Apparently they have banned some of these folks who started a fight with a Veteran. Site was a nice location but never again!

We addressed the situation with the music. It would be helpful in the future anywhere you stay to report any complaints to the office. It can be addressed immediately. It is unfortunate that you did not have a good time at our location. Unfortunately we cannot control the amount of alcohol people drink. Holiday weekends at the river are very busy. Many people are in the river. Thanks for your comment and we hope you find a place in the future that better suits your family. God Bless.

This property was bought in 2017. We had a dream to build beautiful houses on the Frio River with amazing views. We were so lucky to be able to build our dream. Our family has held the Tri-Canyon dearly in our heart for many years. It is a special place to make memories for our family and we hope you make memories like we have when you stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located right on Magers Crossing. This is a hotspot for Kayaking and Tubing. We are located a couple miles from Garner State Park. There are so many fun things to do while staying with us. Hiking, Tubing, Kayaking, Bird watching, Swimming, Dancing, Golfing, Horseback riding, shopping and spending time with your loved ones.

What makes this property unique

The views from our houses are amazing. In the mornings and evenings you can watch the deer, birds, rabbits, squirrels and many other types of wildlife from your porch. It's a wonderful experience and we hope you stay with us to make memories
