The cabin was amazing. All of the rooms were the same. The kitchen wasn’t as cleaned as we would’ve liked and the soap was manly water in it, but once we sanitized it ourselves it was pretty good. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice. We and our guest had a great time. Also, great location.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy you enjoyed the cabin and your stay overall! We strive to provide a 5 star experience and would have been happy to address anything the cleaner may have missed had we known during your stay. We hope to host you again and have that opportunity to earn that final star.
Had a group of 4 couples. The 4 Master bedrooms were ideal for us, and the common space was perfect for meals and just sitting and talking. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch!
Overall the place was nice and centrally located, it was one of the few places that actually had enough seating for 10 people and ample patios/ outdoor space! There were 4 king size beds with bathrooms that were great but the sheets were horrible the " quilt" offered no warmth and there wasnt enough blankets. The beds were decent and pillows were nice. Half of the outdoor lighting didn't work that made it a little difficult for our smores night and one of the bedroom room handles is broken. Also the artwork is just weird but whatever we got a good chuckle. We had also requested an early check in almost 4 months in advance that was not accomodated even though the place was done early and our groceries could be delivered earlier. Overall it was a nice place and a good stay just with some weird quirks/ maintenance/ quality issues that could easily be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback and we are thrilled you had a great time overall. We do provide quilting on the bed and spare blankets for each one in the dressers. We would have been happy to direct you towards those. Also the lighting works but the switches are in unique places so we would have been happy to explain that as well. We encourage all guests to reach out if they have any questions or anything that we can do to make them more comfortable during their stay. We do our best to accommodate early checkin whenever possible but we never know until the day of depending on cleaning and maintaince requirements. As a courtesy, we allow perishables to be placed early sometimes, while we finish up preparations. Again, we appreciate the review and will look into all suggestions. We hope to host you again and earn that final star.
The house was very nice. Could’ve used a deep cleaning.

We’re deeply sorry to learn that the cleaning didn’t meet your expectations, and we’re addressing this with our team to ensure for future guests. We would have been more than happy to resolve any issues during your stay, but we weren’t made aware of any concerns. Your experience matters to us, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a five-star stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further suggestions or if any issues arise in the future.
It was the perfect setup for our trip. The 4 main bedrooms are laid out identically which is a bonus when traveling with other couples. Plenty to room inside and out to hangout in groups. The décor and artwork throughout the house is a nice touch as well. WiFi is a little slow (could be the area) and the mattresses are a little worn but really a perfect get-away spot for a friend group or large family.
This cabin was absolutely amazing. We had 12 adults stay for 4 days and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin has all the amenities you need plus more. The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. We will absolutely stay here again!

Thank you! We appreciate you sharing how much you enjoyed the cabin. We hope to host you again soon.
The State of the Art captured the magic that we wanted to give our children this Christmas season. The Christmas decorations and the way the art came to life definitely added to the experience. We had everything we needed and more to keep the adults pleased and the kids busy. Each room felt like our own little escape!!
Large enough for our 15, outdoor space was amazing, proximity to the lake and area attractions was perfect.

Hello Laurian,
We want to thank you for staying with us. We are so glad to hear that you and your family had a wonderful time. Glad that there was enough room for you and your family to make many memories. Come back and see us again soon.
We had 6 bikes headed to the Bikes Blues and BBQ Rally in Rogers AZ. Stopped in Broken Bow and enjoyed this lovely venue! We were only there one night, but the rooms were spacious and super clean. Plenty of communal space for hanging out. Very nice back deck to enjoy the wonderful views and weather.
We had a great time while we were in Broken Bow and the cabin was perfect. Could not have asked for more responsive and pleseant owners. This cabin is brand new and will not disappoint, we had 11 people and plenty of room. Will for sure stay there again

Thank you for sharing how much you enjoyed! As it turned out, one of your swim trunks sucked into the pump and caused it to burn up. So happy that you had insurance so they took care of it for you! We are happy to host you again soon.

This was a remarkable vacation with family! The house is very well appointed, love the artistic flair! Only complaint, bedrooms are small, and some of them have no closet space. Pack light, and you’ll love it!
