Alcazaba Beach: Frontline apartment

On this leading and award winning urbanization our apartment is located, beautifully situated on gardens and beach. It is a sandy beach with some rocks in the sea here and there. Unwind in the beautifully landscaped gardens and swimming pools, take a dip in the sea. Our apartment is beachfront, terrace with large covered part, where a dining table. The terrace is over the entire width, for the main bedroom it has recently been enlarged and here are sun beds. The apartment is south-west oriented, this means the sun all day, the roof provides protection against this. Sunbeds and umbrellas are everywhere in the gardens, which you can use.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are sufficient. There is a washer and dryer built into the new kitchen.
Of course there is Wi-Fi and HD flat screen (55 inch) with Canal-digital channels, aimed at the Netherlands but also many German and English channels, and Netflix / Youtube.
Two bedrooms have a terrace / balcony and a private bathroom. A third smaller bedroom is for 2 people, and ideal for children.
The restaurant of Alcazaba is located in the middle of the park with a lovely terrace by the sea.
The cozy Laguna Village, a beach club with nice shops is located on the beach 10 minutes walk left from Alcazaba Beach (at the moment rebuild after a fire).Within walking distance is Estepona, a typical Spanish town with old squares, a long boulevard, recently upgraded, traffic- free and hundreds of of palmtrees, and flowers. Then ofcourse much beach, restaurants, and a beautiful marina. The friendly locals still have the upper hand here, so no mass tourism! So also outside the high season lively liveliness with markets etc. Golf courses are numerous in the area, some 40 golf courses within 40 km distance! It is therefore also called Costa del Golf. Easily accessible, around 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, a cheap rental car is arranged.
