About this property

Charming house of 106 m² on the private estate of Cala d'Oru 3 km from Solenzara.
Equipped with WIFI, the house, terraced but without vis-à-vis, is on 2 levels with their respective terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea.
On the upper level, on the terrace is a barbecue. Inside, there is the living room with the living room and the dining room including a TV. Adjoining this large room is the kitchen which is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine). Also on this level a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a toilet.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with sea views, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds, as well as a bathroom and a toilet.

A small path gives direct access to a pebble cove in 3 min walk without having to cross a road.
The sandy beaches are about 3 km away (Solenzara and Favone).
The needles of Bavela are 25 km away.

Best location, sea and house

2 weeks to love this place: the house with its terrace on the sea (and barbecue); the wonderful sea (at 5 min walk) that never bore snorkeling lovers; the pathway to Sari-Solenzara for trekking. What more? All South Corse and its beaches and town at few minutes drive. Only prices are out of mind: restaurants and any goods. But its a small and affordable sacrifice for this paradise. And last but not least the best company to be with.

Traumurlaub in Korsika

Sehr umfassend ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill, komplette Küche weit über Ferienhausstandard), tolle eigene der Wohnanlage Bucht mit sehr wenig Besuchern, guter Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ! Gute Ausgangslage für alle Ausflüge im Süden von Korsika

Super gelegenes Ferienhaus

Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf eine kleine, aber völlig ausreichende Badebucht, die durch die Anwohner genutzt wird. Ausstattung des Hauses passt und ist ausreichend für 7 Personen. Der Ort ist ebenfalls gut gelegen, so dass man schnell einkaufen kann, aber auch recht einfach für korsische Verhältnisse Ausflüge in die Berge oder Großstädte machen kann. Unbedingt die Gumpen besuchen. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub - danke!

Schönes Haus mit Traumblick auf das Meer

Großes Haus auf zwei Ebenen. Sehr gut ausgestattet (zwei Bäder, sep. WC, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle,Grill auf der oberen Terrasse). Traumblick auf das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar sind.
