About this property

The chalet-style house is located 700 meters above sea level, in an exceptional environment, in the heart of nature and the Vosges forest. From the chalet, you can take several hiking trails or reach the Nordic area of La Fresse / Ventron for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. In the summer you will be close to lakes with beach and swimming (The lake crows, Lake Kruth, nautical base of saulxures, Lake Gerardmer ...).
Located near the resorts, it is very well located for winter sports (Rouge Gazon, Ventron, La Bresse)
Shopping within 5 km, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries ... ..
It is an ideal base for discovering the Vosges region, but also nearby Alsace, the balloons of Alsace and the wine route.
For the winter season it is necessary to be equipped with chains for the snow.

Très calme, reposant

Gîte situé en pleine nature, seuls les sifflements des oiseaux et le bruit du torrent. Spacieux, avec une cheminée fonctionnelle, jolie terrasse. Coin cuisine complet avec beaucoup de vaisselle. Balades à faire à proximité dont une voie verte. Le chien en a bien profité.

Heerlijke herfstvakantie in de Vogezen

De eerdere revieuws hadden ons al blij gemaakt maar de praktijk was ook echt zo. Vriendelijke ontvangst op zaterdagmiddag door monsieur Lepaul, een half uurtje van te voren gebeld dat we aankwamen. Spreekt geen woord engels maar met google translate kom je een heel eind. Huis was erg netjes, gezellig en schoon. Op zondag kwam monsieur Lepaul nog champagne, honing en koekjes brengen, heel attent. Omgeving prachtig, wandeltochten direct vanuit het huisje en langs de langsstromende beek struinen was geweldig. Ook de verlaten trekkershutten ondekken was leuk. Veel kilometers met de auto gedaan om de omgeving te ontdekken, prachtig vergezichten vanaf de bergtoppen, variërend landschap met ruigte en veel groen. Tijdens de koudste dagen en nachten de openhaard lekker aan, huis is goed geïsoleerd dus aangenaam warm. Teveel verder om op te schrijven. Colmar is ook de moeite waard! De week was zo voorbij. Paar aandachtspuntjes: de lampen hangen echt te laag voor de gemiddelde (lange) Nederlander. De bedden slapen goed maar zijn aan de korte kant. En er waren geen deksels voor de pannen en geen waterkoker. Maar we hebben ons prima gered en raden deze plek iedereen aan!

Superbe séjour

Chalet confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de superbes vacances. Niché dans un écrin de verdure au milieu des forêts vosgiennes, si l'on veut se reposer entouré d'une nature magnifique, c'est ici qu'il faut réserver. Nous avons eu la chance de voir en face du chalet deux jours avant notre départ, en fin de soirée, un cerf accompagné de ses 3 femelles et d'un faon. Magique. Nous recommandons ce chalet sans hésitation.
