Holiday home for 4 people

Hello, I rent a holiday home composed of:
- a living room with open kitchen of 30 m2
- a master bedroom with a bathroom (walk-in shower) and private terrace,
- a room with 2 twin beds that can be separated or joined to make a double bed, with its small private terrace,
- a second bathroom (walk-in shower),
- a terrace of 65 m2 with barbecue and rack for 4 bikes: 2 adult bikes are available free of charge
- There is also an internet connection and a TV.

There are free parking facilities nearby.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the city center (cinema, restaurants, museums, parks) and 20 minutes from the thermal baths. To go to these, the trip is nice because you can either go through the city center, or cross a green esplanade.
In the neighborhood, there are sports facilities: skate park, football field, athletics track, tennis courts. The marsh with its bird observatory, free access (think of your binoculars), is at the end of the street. For lovers of walking, jogging or bike rides, the path of Charente, which is a greenway (prohibited to motorized vehicles) of 5 km passes by along the river. It leads to the ferry bridge and the royal rope (tourist sites).
A bus stop is right in front of the house to take teenagers looking for autonomy at the beach of Fouras or that of Port-des-Barques for 1.10 euros the way or 2.50 euros the ticket valid for 24 hours on the entire bus network.
There is also a supermarket 2 km and many shops in the city center. The market is held 3 times a week.
