Gite de Carcouet - Nature and calm 30 min from Cap Frehel, 1h from St Malo
The Carcouet lodgings are located in Plédéliac, on the edge of the forest of Hunaudaye, 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the 4 lanes and on our farm in organic dairy production.
This location is ideal for visiting the north coast of Brittany: Cape Frehel, Bay of Saint Brieuc, Saint Malo, Pink Granite Coast, Mont Saint Michel ...
If you prefer a holiday without too much car, you will have no problem to occupy your holidays with activities within 15 minutes: a hiking trail (GRP tour of Penthièvre) passes in front of the cottages, the castle of Hunaudaye is 2 km away, the farm of Antan 5 km, Lamballe (national stud, museum Mathurin Méheut, the feast) to 15 km.
The cottages are on our dairy farm in organic farming.
The two cottages are adjoining each with a garden and an independent entrance.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument formidable en famille dans cette maison bretonne ! Nous étions une famille nombreuse avec plusieurs enfants, et chacun y a trouvé sa place, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. La maison est spacieuse, parfaitement conforme aux photos (voire encore mieux en réalité) et était d’une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Tout y est pensé pour le confort des familles : des espaces communs généreux, des chambres bien réparties, une literie de qualité, et des équipements qui rendent le séjour simple et agréable. L’extérieur est tout aussi soigné, et nous avons pleinement profité du jardin et des environs.Le niveau de prestation dépasse largement ce qu’on attend habituellement d’une location de vacances : tout est bien entretenu, fonctionnel, et décoré avec goût.Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur sérieux et leur accueil. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête, et l’envie de revenir très vite !

Un endroit idéal pour faire une pause en lien avec la nature
Nous recommandons vivement cette location entre terre et mer. Idéalement située pour découvrir les côtes d'Armor. Le plus est véritablement le lien avec la nature et des hôtes très sympathiques et désireux de nous faire découvrir leurs activités en lien avec une agriculture durable. La maison est parfaite s'agissant de son aménagement et de sa tranquillité. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Merci pour ce séjour !

Très belle énergie
Un gite très propre, on se sent toute de suite comme chez soi. Les hôtes- les agriculteurs bio (merci pour cela) expliquent son métier et proposent à participer à la vie de la ferme.

Des vacances au vert...
Le gîte est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous avons apprécié la sérénité des lieux. les propriétaires partagent chaleureusement autour de leur activité et la visite de la ferme est vraiment à faire! Bref, nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert ce havre de paix.

Gite à la ferme et en forêt très agréable et tranquille, bien équipée et particulièrement propre !
Excellente expérience avec des propriétaires gentils et avenants, de belles visites aux alentours, superbes plages à 30 minutes, promenades sur le GR et autour des lacs, produits de terroir bio et de grandes qualités gustatives. Une région peu fréquentée et qui mérite d’ être découverte !

Gîte et situation très agréables et hôtes charmants
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au gîte de Carcouet. Celui-ci, au calme est très agréable à vivre et bien équipé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sauront prendre le temps de vous parler de la région mais aussi vous montrer entre autres la traite des vaches. Intéressant pour toute la famille ! La situation du gîte est idéale : en bordure de la belle forêt de Hunaudaye, à 25 minutes de la côte, de Dinan et de la baie de st-brieuc. Idéal pour visiter le coin. vacances inoubliables
gîte très chaleureux, propre, spacieux, et situé dans un p'tit lieu dit tranquille, proche de Erquy, Pléneuf Val André, St Malo, St Brieuc ... Les propriétaires vous accueil avec une grande gentillesse et sont de bon conseil pour les lieux à visiter aux alentours et pour les bons restaurants comme le Vivier sur le port d'Erquy. Je recommande cette location... Perso, nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances remplie de merveilleux souvenirs...

Très bon weekend!
Nous avons passés un séjours très agréable dans le gite. Il est confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Idéal pour deux familles avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux. Seul bémol, il faut faire un peu de route pour profiter des villes alentours.

Gîte très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé, propre qui donne envie de rester plus longtemps.
Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils, disponibles, accueillants et pouvoir vivre dans une ferme est un vrai plus.
Idéalement situé géographiquement pour pouvoir faire de belles visites sans aller trop loin.
