About this property

A quiet vacation community just outside of Bethany Beach.

This condo is in a nice and quiet community two miles from the beach. The community of Bethany Breeze has a swimming pool and a tennis court for your family's enjoyment.

You can take a relaxing two-mile bike ride to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. On the way, drop your canoe into the Assawoman Canal. After a day at the beach or swimming in the pool, you can relax on the condo's deck.

Sleeping – On the second floor, there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The first floor living room hosts a queen size sofa bed. The sunroom has a full and twin bunkbed. There is also a rollaway bed stored for a small child. A half bath is on the first floor.

The kitchen has large and small appliances, cookware and utensils. There is also a gas grill available outside near the deck.

An assigned parking space is available in the front of the unit. If you have more than one vehicle, there are unassigned parking spaces to use on a first come basis.

A cozy place, very quiet, short ride to the beach. Nice upgrades, such as USB ports and flat screen TVs in all rooms.

Great townhouse

The townhouse was in good condition. It was very clean, spacious, and had lots of thoughtful amenities. The drive to the beach was quick and easy. It was our first trip to Bethany Beach, and we loved it!

Nice, clean place!

This townhouse was perfect for our family. It had all the necessities, although we did need to go out and buy paper towels. Nice location and very clean! One word of caution, the mattress in the master bedroom was on the soft side for those with back issues.

House was clean, had everything we needed available. When we walked in it smelled clean/fresh. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Only wish was perhaps having a king bed in master bedroom.

Quiet convenient comfort

I booked a last minute getaway here with my family. Rick was kind and responsive. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with two coffee makers and even an air fryer. We have a two younger children and appreciated the sets children’s cups, plates, and utensils, as well as the safety lock on the knife drawer. This place has many thoughtful touches that make it an ideal and convenient place to stay. The location was excellent: a close drive to the beach and restaurants, and super quiet at night. We are in Bethany often and we will definitely look to stay here again.

Happy with our stay

We were happy with how clean it was and the location. Owner was always super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay again. There were 2 bummer things and one learning experience. The internet wasn’t very good, especially in the evening. So when I went to work at the lovely work desk provided in the master bedroom, I had to use my hotspot. Also the fridge was on the fritz, and we weren’t alerted until after we arrived. They did provide a mini fridge as backup, but it was in the counter so a bit obtrusive, but all understandingly so. The Repair man was coming the day after we left so hopefully that it all taken care of! One learning curve on our part was that we needed to provide all toilet paper and trash bags. Also, there was no dry goods leftover from previous tenants. So pack your salt, pepper, oil ext.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The two kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed that each of the two bedrooms upstairs had adjoining bathrooms. The location was really close to Beathany Beach boardwalk.Rick was great to work with and was quick to respond.We recommend this place and would book it again

The condo itself was great. It had everything we needed. Would’ve liked a wash rag in the kitchen, but we brought our own just in case anyway. Nothing else we brought was necessary because everything was provided for us. The space/layout was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing we were disappointed in was the community pool. The kids weren’t allowed to do anything in the pool except swim quietly. We weren’t allowed to toss a small ball around and the kids weren’t allowed to jump in the pool. We could have dealt with that for the short time we were there except that the pool closed at 7:45 every night. We are evening swimmers so had to rush through dinner each night in order to use the pool for an hour. Property owner was very quick to respond. We would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the pool.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The pool is nice. The house is clean and pleasant with a nice sunroom and pleasant deck. The house is a couple miles from the beach, but it is not hard to get there. It was a nice home base for us as we visited Assateague, Berlin, and Fenwick Island State park as well as the boardwalk and Bethany Beach.
