900 sq ft basement area with new updates. This is below the owner’s living area, with your own entrance. Family lives above. Newer carpet, has open living space, with king bed at the end, studio apartment style. There are two Murphy twin beds below the entertainment center. Newer kitchen and bath with updates as well. Walking and Biking distance to beach! Back yard has firepit and BBQ for use and is fenced for privacy. Prime parking. Prime location downtown for anything and everything CDA has to offer! Safe and quiet neighborhood:)

Coeur d’Alene Cozy

Comfortable, cozy, calm. This VRBO was well appointed and we all enjoyed our time here. The Murphy beds were very comfortable and a great use of space. We’d love to visit again. Our host was very accommodating and helpful.

Affordable, Homey Stay Close to the City Center and I-90

Had a pleasant overnight stay here on our way to Montana. The location is great - a few minutes drive away from I-90 and downtown Coeur d'Alene. Our kids slept comfortably on the sturdy inflatable mattress and had fun playing with the toys/games. Locating the entry door was a little challenging as well as understanding what internet network to connect to, but these can easily be clarified by the host. Would consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay.

Went to Couer d’Alene to escape the Texas heat, which we accomplished. The place was very snug for a 5 week stay, but we knew that going in. Leah, the landlady was very receptive to solving any issues we had, and it was amazing to sit back and watch her work her magic. My husband is a TV sports addict, which she did not originally have access to, and she literally just took care of it! She also had the place stocked w/ a few snacks and things to make the place seem like home immediately. We loved it.

Great location great price.

I think we received good value. We wanted an inexpensive place close to the lake ( running distance). We weren’t expecting a 4 star hotel. However: -No communication on how to check in, eventually discovered the door was unlocked so we just walked in. - One and a half rolls of TP for both of us for 4 days (we had to buy some. - No soap in the bathroom - Only one small trash can in bathroom

Coeur D'Alene Rocks!

This is the sweetest little property in the sweetest little town. I definitly plan on coming back and will hope to stay here again! We loved it.

Very comfortable and convenient!

Leah has a beautiful place and was very accommodating to my every need. The rental is clean and comfortable and was perfect for my short stay in beautiful CDA. I would recommend this place to anyone!
