Includes two Electra bikes and a paddle board (on request). Enjoy lovely linens, jetted tub, large porch, and peaceful vibes. Perfect for couples, friends, or families seeking charm, comfort, and walkability. Experience CDA like a local - relax, explore and unwind.

Our home is designed for you! The Cda hotels are fine, but you will never experience the historic, peaceful neighborhood that is known as Fort Grounds in any of the commercial properties. We continue to perfect our home for the couple, golfing buddies, gals with pals and families that desire a unique experience. Bring your wine, your recipes, your book, your stresses. You will be transformed. One day on our front porch can do that. Have you ever driven through a neighborhood and wondered how does it feel to live here? This is your chance to know the amazing vibe of Coeur d'Alene.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea on the covered porch and prepare for a day at the lake. There are only seven homes between you and city beach. Our downtown and world class Cda Resort is all within walking distance.

The 'City Beach Brownstone' is located in the sought after 'Fort Grounds' neighborhood. Hardwood floors are throughout the home on both levels. This well-appointed home includes lovely linens, jetted soaking tub, granite counters, original clawfoot tub, uncluttered rooms, large front porch, propane gas grill, and two levels to spread out.

This tranquil neighborhood is close to North Idaho College summer plays and an easy walk to the Castle Play Structure in the city park.
The famous Coeur d'Alene golf course with its island green is nearby as well as Tubbs Hill, parasailing, great restaurants, art galleries, and shopping.

The main floor bedroom has a king bed, while the two bedrooms upstairs have one king bed and a queen bed. All beds have fresh, new linens.

The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had lots of items if you wanted to prep food, as well as a large and single cup coffee maker. There were plenty of towels as well as a washer in case you needed to wash clothes.

We loved the location, the street was so charming, the home was adorable and had most everything we needed. I really enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings while drinking my coffee and reading. The host was very personable and responsive! It fit our family and my mother in law perfectly.
