Family house of 100m2 including 1 bedroom suite with bathroom, and a double bed, a bathroom, upstairs 1 children's room with a bed on the mezzanine and a child's bed, 1 adult room with a double bed, a seating area and an American kitchen. Enjoy the garden of 1000 m2 closed with swimming pool above ground 5mx2,50m and a terrace with veranda. You can enjoy your meals indoors, on the veranda, or on the terrace. all these parts are equipped with table.

Located in the heart of Provence 20 km from Avignon and 5 km from Isle sur la Sorgues.
Perfect to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
HOUSE NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS because of the presence of steps.

Many activities are at hand. The farmers' market is held every evening 200 m from the house. Shops are 5 minutes walk.
Enjoy the festival of Avignon for the month of July, come and discover the canoe to your children with the descent of the Sorgues, feasible even for children. You will also enjoy the market of Isle sur la Sorgues on Sunday morning, very popular for its flea market, but not that !! Provençal colorado is 30 minutes away by car. Visit the Alpilles located 1 hour drive, and still full of other activities.

Pets are not allowed, there are cats and goldfish on site but you will not have to deal with it.

Cleaning is your responsibility, bins will be deposited in the containers at the entrance of the property.
A deposit of 500 euros in check will be required at the entrance of the premises, and returned to the exit. In case of non-cleaning (including the oven, microwave oven, hob, empty the refrigerator) the sum of 80 euros will be deducted from the deposit.

Une maison bien placée dans le Luberon. A Velleron, dans un quartier très très calme. La climatisation et la piscine étaient des plus appréciables avec la canicule d’août.Un jardin où il était agréable de petit déjeuner et dîner.Et tout au tour de beaux villages, entre lavandes, oliviers et vignes . Un vrai havre de paix ce lieux

Propriétaire trés symphatique, nous avons aimé l'endroit, maison bien adapté aux enfants. Piscine idèale pour famille avec enfants trés sécurisé ,a l'arriére de la maison il y a un poulaillé. Vraiment agréable .endroit trés reposant situé dans un petit village trés calme. La maison rien a dire super équipé, et super propre. A refaire.

Charmantes Haus in malerischem historischen Ort als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Provence

Vielen Dank an die ganze liebe Familie, die uns das Haus vermietet hat und dafür gesorgt hat dass es uns an nichts mangelt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und großzügig mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, die Küche enthält alles was man braucht. Die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und bequem. Das Becken sorgt für Kinderspass und Abkühlung und der tägliche Bauernmarkt in Gehnähe für frisches und genussvolles Essen und Abwechslung. Der Ort ist klein aber uhrig mit dem sehr alten Ortskern. In kurzer Zeit ist man in Avignon oder Orange, für einen Tagesausflug sind auch die Camarque und Marseille sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Daumen hoch!

Belle maison, grand jardin idéal pour les enfants

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison moderne et climatisée dans ce village apaisant. Nos 3 enfants ont bien pu profiter du grand jardin avec tout ce qu'il faut pour eux : piscine, grand trampoline, cabane de jardin, panier de basket...etc. Très appréciable également le marché agricole quotidien à quelques pas de la maison. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, rien à redire !

Agréable maison dans une superbe région

Même si la piscine est un peu petite, le fait qu'elle soit sécurisée est un point positif surtout pour les familles qui comptent des petits enfants comme nous. Tout le reste est remarquable, de la gentillesse de l'accueil à la qualité du logement en passant par l'équipement complet. Une belle expérience qui donne envie de revenir...
