We had an excellent experience with our host and rental. It was represented accurately and met our expectations. We were a small group on a golf trip. The location was convenient and the rental offered lots of space to relax. Really enjoyed the lower patio at night. It was peaceful, the night sky was brilliant against the silhouetted Hills. Definitely a do again!

It was great. The house was amazing and was great for having a big house full. Only thing was the ac didn’t work so great so it was hot when it wasn’t raining.

James was Great Host and also in the Military, so a Hero. He contacted me early on Check In day saying AC was out and Tech there fixing it. He was just finishing when we got there and it worked great. Check out tasks were the least I have experienced. Locations was great to get to everything. Would stay again.

I lived in this home with my family for 20 years, have moved to Rapid City closer to work but plan on retiring in this home. This is my happy place.

Why they chose this property

Boulder Canyon it’s the perfect place for your vacation. Centered between Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish, and Rapid City, there are so many options for family fun. A fantastic golf course is across the street with great food and cheap drinks a short walk away. Our subdivision is surrounded by the Black Hills national forest with lots of mountain biking and ATV trails. In the winter skiing is close and the roads are well-maintained.
