Our clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment is located 1.5km from the center of San Jose. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery stores, bars, and malls. There is wifi in the apartment and check-in and check-out are easily accessible with the 24/7 security guard. This space is comfortable, clean, and centrally located for a great time in San Jose. Hosts speak English and Spanish.

What we are offering here is a 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and a hot shower in a safe building with 24/7 security. We have wifi and a there’s a desk and a table for four in the main room. We have a kitchenette, a microwave, a mini fridge, coffee maker, cups, plates and bowls, & silverware. Our bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Finally, we have lovely sliding glass doors that open up onto a nice patio. We have parking inside the gated lot and street parking available as well. This is great for the travelers looking for an economic option but don’t want to sacrifice cleanliness, safety, or comfort. You will have this 2 bedroom apartment all to yourselves.

Hello, I am Laura. I grew up in Colorado and I have lived in San Jose for 3 years now. I love Costa Rica, it is a beautiful country. Carlos, my partner, is the owner of the building. He constructed it in the end of 2016 and we have been managing it together ever since.

Why they chose this property

The lot that the property is on was gifted to my partner. About two and a half years ago, he decided to build a 3-story, 13 unit apartment building on the lot. We called it Edificio La Patrona.

What makes this property unique

Our 24/7 private security guard will make your stay feel safe and comfortable. They are available to help with anything you may need! The location of the building is perfect! It is centrally located, a quick walk to many grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, banks, etc. Another bonus is that it is outside of the city enough that it isn't so noisy. The neighborhood is generally quiet and safe.
