Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 50€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 25€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
