About this property

New apartment for rent

Ideally located in a splendid and calm complex of new houses and apartments and in the most beautiful part of the island of Naxos.

Close to the beach (800m), the charming village of Agia Anna (500m) and the port town of Chora (5km), you can enjoy a central location on the island to vary between the pleasures of the beach and visits to the island of Naxos. Easy connection by boat for day trip to Paros, Delos and Mykonos.

The apartment, located on the first floor, accessible by a private staircase, is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be joined) both with shelves in ultra-practical cementoconia, 1 bathroom with lighted mirror and shower, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, a terrace with sofa and tables. The mattresses are new and of very good quality. You also benefit from 2 airco systems and a Wifi connection

In terms of accessories, you can take advantage of a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron, sheets, shower and beach towels.

This apartment is for maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we do not recommend it for very young children considering the stairs. While modern and super comfortable, the apartment respects the Cycladic style.

The magnificent view from the terrace overlooks the sea towards Orkos and the entrance to the apartment offers a splendid view of the island of Paros

Minimum stay of 1 week.

We organize the transfer from the port or airport of Naxos to the apartment; a car or quad rental can however be provided upon your arrival, we will put you in contact with the rental agency on site. We will be happy to give you advice on sites, beaches, restaurants, bars and others because we are lovers of the island.

We do not accept animals, we ask you not to smoke in the apartment

Overall excellent rental. Agia Anna is a little bit of paradise. Great property with splendid view of Aegean Sea from the balcony. Great location - we walked to beach every day. I would go for a walk/run (not fast, haha!) into Agia Anna to the awesome small fitness center a few mornings; and get a bite and coffee at one of the many fine cafes. The beach was splendid. Agia Anna had excellent restaurants for dinner. We usually walked into town. Easy access to main island roads and touring around the wonderful, beautiful island. Owners were very nice, and always accessible. Nice kitchen, washing machine and clothing rack were all indispensable for us to keep on the go. Easy parking off the street. Perfect mount of privacy. Apartment area was quiet; we would see some of the neighbours each day, all pleasant folks. Two relatively minor issues: AC in bedroom didn’t work. Owner did work hard to resolve. He brought us a fan, which helped somewhat. Water on bathroom floor required squeegeeing after showering. Overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful venue. Overall, highly recommend. We would stay there again. A little gem in the treasure chest of Naxos.

Terrasse avec belle vue

Appartement très agréable, très propre, grand terrasse avec magnifique vue. Nous avons apprécié le lave-linge, le grand lit et le calme. Par contre le logement est à 15 mn a pieds de la plage Les hôtes sont venus nous récupérer à l'aéroport tout proche Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux

Grand merci pour ce commentaire élogieux concernant notre appartement. C'est vrai que nous avons à coeur que l'appartement soit propre et accueillant pour les voyageurs . De plus, quand c'est possible nous venons les accueillir à l'aéroport, cela dépend de la période. La plage est effectivement très proche de l'appartement, 800m. via un sentier très agréable. 15 min. dépendent donc de votre rythme de marche ;-). A une prochaine fois peut-être et avec plaisir

Très agréable appartement avec une jolie vue tout près de la plage

L'appartement de Ginou et Pierre est très agréable. Tout a été pensé pour ne manquer de rien.Serviettes de plage, ustensiles de cuisine...Tous les deux sont très aimables et attentifs à ce que tout se passe merveilleusement. Extrêmement propre et entretenu. Balcon terrasse idéal pour apéro ou regarder les étoiles. C'est bien placé aussi car proche de la plage ( 10 min à pieds par un petit sentier qui part de la maison).Nous recommandons chaudement !

Perfect everything

We loved our stay. It was the perfect place. So stylish and comfortable with the most amazing views and so well equipped. The pictures really do not do it justice. We have been a gew times to Naxos and this encapsulated everything we love. It was also a genuine pleasure getting to know Ginou and Pierre a little bit, who were the perfect hosts. Traumhafte schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die kleine Appartmentanlage liegt leicht erhöht über dem Dorf Agia Anna. Von drei Seiten der Wohnung aus hat man Meerblick! Das Appartment ist im hellen Kykladenstil gestaltet mit wunderschönen Möbeln und geräumigen Zimmern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch gerne zuhause kochen kann. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und windgeschützt. Insgesamt ist die komplette Wohnung blitzsauber und sehr hygienisch. Die Vermieter sind großartige Gastgeber und können mit vielen guten Tipps weiterhelfen. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das App. für 4 Pers. passt super, auch mit großen Kindern, von drei Seiten des App. Blick aufs Meer, optimale Ausrichtung auch bei viel Wind, 15 Min. zu Fuß zum schönen Strand und Tavernen, die Vermieter sind super nett!!! Nur zu Empfehlen
