Enjoyed Our Time
Based on what I read in the other reviews the property is accurately described and reviewed by others. The hosts were very friendly and quick to communicate.
The neighborhood is an ideal location for those staying in the Crest. The street is quiet with little traffic. There is plenty of on and off street parking.
The yard is adequately sized and equipped for those that prefer the yard to the beach.
The house is an older property which was beautifully renovated. The kitchen and master bathrooms are 100% renovated.
As called out in other reviews the house does not have central air but I would not have expected central air. The window units are adequate to keep the house at a cool temperature.
Two items that did not negatively affect my rating are:
1. The cable package is limited but you are at the beach and probably shouldn't be watching TV anyway. In addition the Wi-Fi is strong, so streaming is an option. and
2. If you are extremely sensitive to smell there are some older books in the bedrooms that may trigger your allergies. I put these books in the bottom drawer and the problem went away for me.
We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here in the future.
