In a haven of peace!
Wooden house very pleasant to live in, in the private domain of the Talaris Marina. On the edge of green spaces, in a private domain, sports hamlet including tennis, private shared swimming pool, catering, private harbor, lake beach at 600 m, near cycle paths ...
The Talaris marina is a place conducive to relaxation, you will be in total harmony with nature and spend a great family vacation in this idyllic place.
Lacanau ocean is only 30 minutes away by bike path, 8 km by car… Lacanau offers the possibility of doing many activities.(Golf, Surfing, Horse riding…)
The functional house offers a living area of 94 m² including, on the ground floor: an entrance / cellar (washing machine, tumble dryer), a living room with fireplace opening onto a covered terrace, equipped American kitchen, a first bedroom (with cupboards ) opening onto the terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor consists of a mezzanine and two bedrooms. Land of more than 1000 m2 with a shed in the annex where you will find 3 bikes and 1 small child's bike, outdoor shower.
In the house you will find wifi high speed internet connection. Little extras: bed linen and towels provided, baby cot! The house is ideal for a family vacation.
