Villa of 145 m2, consists of 5 bedrooms, a living room of 50m2, opening onto a large kitchen, a garden with 6m by 3.5m secure swimming pool.
On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: a 180 cm bed and 2 children's bedrooms with a 90 cm bed. A bathroom with shower on the ground floor as well.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and another with a 90 bed. A bathroom, and a separate toilet upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

In the kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher are available.
You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and towel dryer.

The house is located in the heart of the old village of Saint Georges d'Orques 3 minutes walk from all amenities, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, press, small supermarket.

Saint georges d'orques is located 14 minutes from the center of Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beaches of the coast (Plage sauvage des Aresquiers).

North of Montpellier, 20 minutes, you can enjoy many walks in the vineyards of Pic Saint Loup or the banks of the Salagou, and the village of Saint Guilhem the desert near the Hérault river

Fijn ontspannen verblijf, ruim huis en de mogelijkheid om na een dag van activiteiten even af te koelen in het zwembad. Dicht bij Montepellier voor cultruur en shoppen. Stranden en natuurgebieden op een half uurtje rijden. Wat ook een plus is voor de electrische rijders onder ons dat er in het dorp op 5 minuten lopen 4 oplaadpunten zijn ( ongeveer 60km per uur).

Erg fijn!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is prachtig en erg smaakvol ingericht. Dichtbij stranden en de stad Montpellier. Wij verbleven met onze dochters van 18 en 16 jaar. Het zwembad was super!

sehr stilvolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub

Eine sehr stilvolle Unterkunft, die voll den Beschreibungen und Bildern entspricht. Ideal, um mit Kindern zu verreisen, die Kinder liebten besonders den Pool. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca 30min, die Lage ist ideal für vielseitige Unternehmungen… Wanderung auf den Pic St Loup, Besuch der Grotte oder der Salinen, ein Spaziergang durch den parc ornithologique mit all den tollen Flamingos… wir haben einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht… Bruno und Leslie sind unglaublich herzlich und waren zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Vielen lieben Dank für diese Gastfreundschaft 🙂

Een prachtig huis in een rustig dorp

Jullie huis is smaakvol ingericht. Zowel binnen als buiten. Alles is voorzien. We zijn heel vriendelijk onthaald. Zeer goeie bakkerij op 4 minuten wandelen. De zee en Montpellier op een half uurtje rijden.

Grossartige Woche in Saint Georges d'Orques!

Das Haus von Leslie und Bruno ist ein sehr modernes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Außenbereich mit den wundervollen Pflanzen und dem großen Pool sind ein Paradies und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Communication with the hosts was very easy and the instructions that came with the house were great. Overall, we loved the house and location and had a great time.

Une superbe maison familiale au calme

Maison magnifique, avec une terrasse et une piscine très agréable. En cœur de village, proche de toutes les commodités et pourtant très calme. Idéale pour des vacances en famille près de Montpellier. Propriétaire très avenant.
