Sadek’s apartment is wonderful! It’s spacious and worked very well for 2 people, but could even fit 4 because there’s one big bed and a couch bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and the large balcony with a view of Cap Canaille is great to have a meal or a drink on. Sadek is very responsive and gave us very detailed entrance instructions. He was also easy to communicate with if we had any questions during our stay.

The perfect low cost stay

Highly recommend!! First, Sadek is very kind and communicative. He made sure to send us personalized videos of the check in process when we told him that we’d be getting in later than expected. He made sure everything was in the apartment that we might need, including a beach umbrella, snorkels, and flippers! His English is not fluent, but he tries very hard and always gets his point across soon enough. Also, the apartment itself is wonderful. Do not be fooled by the parking garage across the street in the photos, it is *amazingly* located, within less than a block of the stairs down to the pedestrian port area. It also has an AC unit that works well, which is fairly rare there in my experience, and essential with these heat waves. The kitchen is small from an American point of view but plenty spacious for France. Last, the fold out couch bed is the most comfortable couch bed I’ve ever experienced.

Logement idéalement situé à proximité du port, de la plage et du centre.Dans le logement on trouve tout ce qu'il faut ! Vraiment impeccable.Le seul petit bémol est le parking privé car parfois il n'y a plus de place pour se garer.Cassis est un village typique qui a su garder de l'authenticité.

Super zentrumsnah, der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und auch der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und der Parkplatz war Gold wert, da ParkplĂ€tze in Cassis rar sind. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung war unsauber (Boden, Haare im Bad, Schrankgriffe fettig, Backofen total versifft, Lebensmittel von Vormietern im Gefrierschrank
).Das Mobiliar sehr runtergekommen (Esstisch fĂ€llt fast vom anschauen auseinander, StĂŒhle völlig durchgesessen). Der Putz auf dem Balkon blĂ€ttert ab.Das KlimagerĂ€t befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und kĂŒhlt nur dort.Im Schlafzimmer sehr heiß und kaum nutzbar.Vor einigen Jahren und in sauberen Zustand war die Wohnung wahrscheinlich gut

TrĂšs bonne location

Accueil top par des gens charmants. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  2min du port Ă  pied (commerces dĂ©jĂ  Ă  la sortie de la rĂ©sidence) et avec une belle vue sur le cap Canaille. Propre, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Places de parking surveillĂ©es dans la rĂ©sidence. 2 dĂ©tails un peu gĂȘnant pour nous en Ă©tĂ©. La clim est trĂšs bien mais le logement Ă©tant au dernier Ă©tage, ça cogne et difficile de rafraĂźchir correctement la chambre avec de hautes tempĂ©ratures (un split dans le sĂ©jour). Pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques donc le matin il fait jour dans l'appartement. Mais dans l'ensemble, excellent rapport qualitĂ©/prix pour nous. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs satisfaits de l'appartement et du contact avec les propriĂ©taires. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location !!!
