This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is only a 5-min drive to the city’s historic French Quarter and just 1 block from the famous St. Charles Ave., putting you in the heart of everything NOLA has to offer. The spacious and modern loft style house is ideal for multi-family vacation getaways, large family celebrations or single family travel plans. As a guest of this house, you can use the outdoor swimming pool of Residence Du Carondelet by Hosteeva, which is less than a 1-minute walking distance.
When you stay in this house, all city hot spots and must-see places will be at your doorsteps. A short walking distance to the famous Magazine St. and St. Charles Ave, this house is in the Central Business District (CBD) of NOLA and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues and a vibrant nightlife.
If you don’t feel like driving or taking an uber, hop on the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. The streetcar is only a block away from your house.
If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq. ft. casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room.

The 3 spacious bedrooms on the second floor each have a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full mattresses and the third bedroom: two queen beds. A portable crib is also available upon request.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
