The spacious and modern loft style house is ideal for multi-family vacation getaways, large family celebrations or single family travel plans. As a guest of this house, you can use the outdoor swimming pool of Residence Du Carondelet by Hosteeva, which is less than a 1-minute walking distance.

When you stay in this house, all city hot spots and must-see places will be at your doorsteps. A short walking distance to the famous Magazine St. and St. Charles Ave, this house is in the Central Business District (CBD) of NOLA and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues and a vibrant nightlife.

If you don’t feel like driving or taking an uber, hop on the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. The streetcar is only a block away from your house.

If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq. ft. casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room.

This house is only a mile away from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the National World War II Museum, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, House of Blues and many other hot spots.

This townhouse has plenty of sleeping arrangements and storage space. The house has a spacious living room with 2 comfortable pull-out sofas, a dining room with a custom table and chairs for a home-cooked meal.

The modern kitchen is fully furnished and features stainless steel amenities and a breakfast bar area. There is a half bath on the first level.

The 3 spacious bedrooms on the second floor each have a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full mattresses and the third bedroom: two queen beds. A portable crib is also available upon request.

2 bathrooms are located on the second level with the master bathroom featuring a modern double sink with custom made wood vanity and a hot tub to enjoy and relax after a day of exploring the city.

The townhouse has a large private courtyard with beautiful ambiance lights, perfect for early morning reading or evening dining and family time.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Easy access to the Cable Car and close to everything.

The location was perfect for us since we had things planned in the Garden District and Jackson Square / Bourbon Street areas. Easy acces to the cable car, but a block away which made our stay quite. The accommodation had everything we needed. Very nice, very clean.

Nice house

House was great only thing bad was the maid banging on the door 2.5 hrs before check out telling you to leave so she can clean . She refused to leave sat on the porch until I told her to leave multiple times . She pushed her way in and put bags of laundry on the couch ! Awful experience
