2/2 Gorgeous Totally Renovated & Right on The Beach @ IndianRocksBeach

This condo is located in an oceanfront building right on the beach, at Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. The building has reopened in summer of 2025 following reconstruction from damages of hurricanes that hit this area in the fall of 2024. Pool and pool deck are open. Parts of the pool deck on the opposite side of the pool are under construction but do not hinder access to everything you need and has complete access to the beach with rinse off faucets fully operational. First floor units are under construction on the inside of the units but do not affect your usage of this unit as it is on the 3rd floor nor will it affect your access to the building. This unit has not suffered any damages from the hurricanes as it is located high enough off the ground, on the 3rd floor.

This unit was renovated in 2019 with many modern finishes and upgrades. You will find a large and over-sized balcony in this unit, on the 3rd floor, offering unobstructed views of the inter-coastal waterway with boats, yachts, dolphins, birds and wildlife cruising the channel throughout the day, evening and night. Enjoy your meal on the outside balcony dining set or lounge on the Adirondack chairs with ottomans. The balcony faces straight east, so you can watch the sunrise in the morning or enjoy the afternoon shade for hours. Be sure to catch our famous beach sunsets in the evening from the beachside pool deck and the beach. They are unforgettable!

Gourmet kitchen offers granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, island/breakfast counter with 4 counter height chairs, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. The hall bath has a tub and shower, and the master bath has a frameless glass enclosed shower. Tile floors span the entire condo including both bedrooms and baths and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room.

You will also find a deck box by the front door with some beach supplies and can house some additional beach gear.

Clean and well maintained building offering:
-Brand new elevator
-valet carts by the elevator
-laundry room on each floor. This unit is right next to the elevator which is next to the laundry room as well
-assigned parking space right next to the front door
-heated swimming pool
-lounging chairs and tables with umbrellas around the pool deck
-onsite rental office and maintenance person

Just step out of the building back door onto the pool deck and onto the beautiful, white, soft like baby powder, sand beach. The water here is truly amazing, clean and clear with no rocks or impediments in the water. One of the nicest stretches of beaches along the Gulf, with literally just a few steps to the water from the building pool deck!

Indian Rocks Beach is well known for being a quieter, quaint and more relaxed town, centrally located right off of Walsingham/Ulmerton causeway and just minutes to everything you will ever need. Gorgeous, clean beach, truly one of the best beaches and beach communities on the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas county! With its sugar white, soft sand and crystal clear water there's no need to go anywhere else. Enjoy this little piece of heaven in a quiet community situated halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. The building is walking distance to several shops & restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops. Catch the trolley/bus across the street to go to many local destinations such as Clearwater Beach Pier, Clearwater Beach Marina, or any of the other landmarks on Gulf Blvd such as John's Pass, Smuggler's Cove Miniature Golf, etc...IRB is just a short drive to the Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Florida aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Beach aquarium, Dali Museum, Straz theater, and Amalie Arena for sporting events, concerts and shows. Downtown Tampa and Downtown St. Petersburgh are also not too far away. If you would like to venture out to Orlando, IRB is about 1.5 hours to Walt Disney World.

Loved it here! We will be back! Our only suggestion would be to have extra beach chairs and beach towels. Otherwise it was easy check in, owner responded to all my questions the same day, clean and comfy!

The unit overall was great. We travelled with a toddler and a newborn and there was plenty of room for us and to have family visit and have meals with us in the evenings. We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom but the host and the maintenance group were able to rectify the situation within a couple days. Lower units were undergoing renovations but it didn't have any impact on our stay. We really enjoyed the ready access to the beach out the back door of the building and the large amount of beach chairs and toys the host supplied in the unit. The heated pool and pool area were great as well as it was a little cooler the week we were there. We made use of the supplied grills down by the pool most nights to cook dinner. The only recommendation I would have for the host is a knifeblock in the unit. There were very few knives to be found and it would have made things a little easier if there were some additional ones on hand. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

We saw dolphins everyday and may have seen a manatee or two surface.

This was our first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach and I do not believe we could have chosen a better condo! The location was great!! We loved using the heated pool as well, which is practically located on the beach. The living space and both bedrooms were a very generous size. The sand toys and beach chairs were very helpful for our family of five. We would love to come back again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing, chill beach vacation. Our unit was clean and spacious. The amenities and decor were nice. The balcony is large and has a great view of the waterway. We saw boats, birds and dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need to cook a meal and eat it. When we come back, we are looking forward to staying in this exact unit again. The building is relatively small, so even in the short time we were there we began to see familiar faces, many of whom are repeat visitors to the property. Walk out the back door to the pool deck. You can enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean while in the heated saltwater pool. There are plenty of chairs on the deck, and they even have quite a few communal beach toys. You can see the sunset and some dolphins if you’re lucky (we were). Step off the deck and you are on the white, powdery sand beach. There are shells to hunt for but not so much that you have to wear shoes. We even found a sand dollar. It was exactly what we are looking for, and we can’t wait to come back. Short drive into Clearwater to do any activity you could want to do. Restaurants are close by car but might be a bit far to walk with small kids. Many restaurants deliver, and there is a wide range of food to choose from. The location itself was easy to find. We had one reserved parking spot. Check in was quick and easy. The front office people are very responsive.

Getaway birthday celebration

This property had everything you could ask for. Watching the sunrise from our balcony with a cup of coffee each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Walks on the beach while watching the sun set was beautiful!! It was a little too cool to swim in the pool, but it looked nice. It was a little hard to grill at night in the dark (maybe some lights (?). The property was so clean. Easily walkable to great restaurants and even a brewery!! Will definitely come back!!

Adorable beach town, everyone was so nice. Pictures of the condo don’t do it justice. Rooms are large, kitchen is beautiful. We loved that there were beach chairs available to use. We've been visiting Indian Rocks for 27 years and this stay was one of our nicer ones. The condo was just as depicted in the description. It has been nicely redone and was quite comfortable. The beds and pillows were quite comfy allowing for a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everthing you might require to prepare meals although we usually eat dinner out. The only thing that could be used in the kitchen is some more glassware. We don't like plastic cups so more glasses would have been nice. The bathrooms were somewhat on the small side but more than adequate and again, nicely finished. There were beach chairs and other beach equipment furnished although the beach umbrella needs replacing. Our only complaint about the condo, and it is minor, there was a peculiar odor. It wasn't offensive but just strange and unidentifiable. There are a couple of closets used by the owners that are kept locked so there may have been some sort of cleaning supplies or something of that nature causing the smell. The personnel in the office were quite helpful and easy to work with. Lastly, the entire building and outside areas were well maintained and kept clean and tidy. The pool deck and pool were kept clean and free of sand and other debris. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return!

Excellent location

I never received the check in information and had a stressful time trying to getting a call back to find out how to get the keys. Once we were settled we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable. We could have used additional blankets, it was cold in the evenings and there are only thin blankets on the beds and not any extra sheets or blankets in the condo.

The condo was very nice except the bathrooms. The view was beautiful. I was afraid I would regret not having an ocean facing condo but I actually didn’t. This is an older property but well maintained. It has a gorgeous beach. The only suggestion is update the the bathrooms.

Wash your linen.

The property was just as described. We had a great stay until time for check out... we put ALL of our linen in the bath (always have with VROB) shortly after we have checked out I received a phone call from the front office asking why I have done this, and what was wrong with the mattress cover and blankets... and that they do not wash those unless visually soiled. (EEWW!) I was informed that I may now have to be charged a extra cleaning fee for "slowing down the trun around time." Other than the not so friendly front office staff, and the linen discovery, it was a beautiful place and other wise very clean and informative. Nice pool, plenty of beach equipment supplied (nice surprise) , clean beach, quiet, relaxing place, very family friendly. We look forward to our next visit. We will just bring our own linen next time. (Fyi, this is not in the home owner, but the establishment / cleaning crew who is at fault)
