Oceanway Sunset Beach Condo

Come enjoy your best beach life! Enjoy this direct beach front Gulf pent house condo with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and sunsets. Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and enough sleeping accommodations for 6. Create your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Built in 2004, elevator and stairs, and guest parking (two spots) available under the building. Condo is completely smoke-free (inside, outside on the balcony, and at the pool). Under new ownership as of November 2018.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the white sand beach and sparkling Gulf waters and end the evening with a beautiful sunset. This will be your private vacation oasis. Relax by the heated pool and jacuzzi or walk right out to the beach. Condo is close to anything you could need or want. Shopping, dinning, grocery stores, entertainment, parks and trails are all just seconds to minutes away. Relax in this private executive level home with the amenities and conveniences you would expect.

A bright unit with skylights in the entryway, granite countertops throughout, full size stacked washer and dryer, and stainless steel appliances. Ceramic tile and wood floors throughout. Enjoy cable TV and stay connected with WiFi. It’s the perfect option for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or refuge from the cold weather. We are confident our condo will exceed your expectations.

A nice place to stay

This condo has everything you need and the location is terrific. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony is fantastic! Being able to park under the building is a feature to appreciate when it rains, or on hot, sunny days. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront stay

My wife and and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law over New Years and had a great stay. Perfect location at a relatively quiet spot on the beach with little road traffic as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is great and gets shade until about 12. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great!! Hopefully we will get to stay here again.

IRB Condo Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Oceanway condo. Our unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The view from the large balcony was spectacular! The location was excellent and close to a number of very good restaurants. We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great time at this beautiful well maintained condo. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Stunning views of the beach from the balcony. Very clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely come again and again. My family had a blast.

Vacation

My husband and I stayed this past week with my son, daughter in law, and 4 year old grandson. Everything was absolutely perfect. Great access to the beach, house was very nice and clean, had things we needed( dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, spices, nice cookware and dishes.)We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Perfection!!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. Everything was better than we expected, the view was spectacular, the entire complex was so quiet! The pool is a little small, but the Gulf is just a few feet away, and was perfect for us. We all hope to stay here again. I need to see some more of those beautiful sunsets!

The best view we have ever had.

We loved the location of this property. The view was the best we have ever had. Many of the guests seemed to be smokers which was frustrating to smell all over their property. Some families took over the pool and spa area all day as well. Overall the property was very nice, we had to do a little cleaning of things housekeeping missed but we all enjoyed it and would love to return!

Don’t stay anywhere else!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals but this is one of the very few where upon arrival the actual place was better than the pictures (which is saying a lot)! You could tell this was a place where the owners spent time and actually lived there. We could see the pride they had in their living accommodations and their willingness to be sure their renters were well taken care of. We appreciated their trust in us for allowing us to share their personal living space. The location is excellent right on the sand with miles of beach walking in either direction. Or just enjoy the ocean view on the extra wide balcony. We certainly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit!

Perfect vacation!

5 STARS!! Very easy to book, property owner Emory is very quick to answer any questions. This condo was by far better than the photos. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. We just had to buy some food and that was it. Very clean and it felt like home away from home. The condo was always nice and cool and comfortable on very hot and humid days. Washer and Dryer are a huge plus for families. The sunsets were breathtaking and the views from the balcony are GORGEOUS. Quick walk to the beach and places to eat right on Gulf Blvd, we recommend Beach Waves Grill. Ubers are fast and we had great experiences with all of our drivers. The pool area was very nice also, besides the lock and code which is difficult to get used to. Overall great vacation and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Condo was in excellent condition and location was fabulous. Would have liked a regular coffee pot rather than Keurig and working ice machine rather than needing from the store but those are hardly deal breakers.

We (my kids and I) loved staying right on the beach. Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Located near local restaurants that are walking distance. The owners helped us when our travel got disrupted with the severe storms out of Phoenix last week. Looking forward to visiting again

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The view of the beach, gulf and sunsets is amazing. The location is perfect for day trips to Clearwater, St. Pete's, Passe-Grille and Tampa. We've stayed in a lot of places in Florida and this is my new favorite. The pool area was well maintained and often empty which was a perk.We appreciated so many things that other places cheap out on - comfy beds, abundance of beach towels, sharp knives (not usual from out experience) etc. We plan to return and to anyone who is looking, this is a great place to stay.

I spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful beach condo. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and focused on providing a great experience for his renters. I especially appreciated the large balcony watching dolphins in the morning and incredible sunsets in the evening. I’ve been vacationing in this area for the past 36 years and this property is one of the best! If you’re looking for relaxation, gorgeous sunsets, quiet/clean beaches, close restaurants and a very clean, comfortable condo, I highly recommend this unit. I plan on renting again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanway condo. The condo is incredibly well stocked with all the household items you may need. Cleaning supplies paper towels etc. plenty of sheets and towels. Storage closet in the parking garage was convenient for beach toys. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Another Perfect Visit

This was a repeat visit for our family and it again, held or exceeded expectations. The location and view of the Gulf couldn’t be better, with short walks to many great area restaurants. The property itself is extremely convenient with clear access instructions and easy parking. Needless to say, as the pictures show, the view of the beach and Gulf is spectacular and the set up of the condo fit our family perfectly. Thanks to the owners for allowing visitors and we look forward to our next stay.

IRB Spring Break 2025

Had a great time in IRB at the Oceanway. Views were amazing. Condo was super clean with a great location. I do wish the facility had recycling service and maybe a luggage rack in the garage. Other than that A. Would return again.

You will have direct access to us, not a middle person rental management company. We will do all we can to make your stay at our condo a memorable experience.

We have spent many vacations in Indian Rocks Beach and immediately fell in love with the town. We intend to eventually retire in our condo and have chosen to share this little piece of paradise until we do.
